M&L for for lifting the RCC cover slab, approximate length (2m to 4.5m) x width (1m to 2m) and upto 300mm thick and about 3.0ton to 5.0ton in weight on IN Jetty as per site conditions by cutting/chipping the clearance groove all around, keeping aside using a crane for laying of LT/HT cables including cleaning of cable duct without disturbing the existing system including re-fixing the same slab at same location after carrying out repairs/laying of cables including making good the surfaces to match with existing including PCC, RCC etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 02 Nos of cover slab shall be taken out/ removed as per site condition for laying of cables/earth strip in the cable duct of Jetty after for a span of 15 to 20 metres or as per site requirement.
M&L for lifting the RCC cover slab, 1.5m x 1m size (approx) and upto 100 mm thick and about 0.5ton to 1.0ton in weight on jetty cable duct as per site conditions by cutting/chipping the clearance groove all around, keeping aside using man power/crane for laying/removing of new LT cable and replacing at the same location after carrying out repairs including making good the surfaces to match with existing including PCC, RCC etc. complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for providing precast cement concrete M-20 type A1 1:1.5:3 , nominal size of graded course aggregate in 20mm, set in cement mortar 1:4 as in cover slab complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design of the RCC cover slab shall be approved from the Accepting Officer before execution of work.
M&L of Mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and cover, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sandwich type copper bus bar trunking system LT Bus duct, 440 volt, 3 Phase, 4 wire non segregated sandwich type confiming to IEC 61439 of capacity 4000 Amps duly enclosed with 3mm thick CRCA sheet Steel, epoxy coated, CPRI approved, class F insulation (155 deg C) IP 54 protection including earthing copper bus bar of size 50% of the phase bus bar continuously run over the entire length complete all as specified and directed to connect between Transformer/ Auto Servo Voltage stabilizer and LT panel or LT Panel to LT Panel with structural steel supports complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Order of copper bus duct has to be made after complete finalization of erection plan of Automatic voltage stabilizer and LT panel at INS Jetty for seamless execution of work.

Note for item No 5 to 10: (i) The No of runs of bus bars required to achive current carrying capacity of 4000 amps shall be designed confirming to relevant IS by the OEM and design details/ parameters/ drawings shall be got vetted by accepting Accepting officer before execution. (ii) Rate quoted (per running meter) shall be deemed to include the bus trunking system and all accessories for 4000 amps as per design. No additional cost will be paid for the variations in design.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1100V grade LT UG cable for Straight through joint, cold shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 400 to 500sqmm. complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Earthing complete with GI plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal Ground Level connected to GI strip 32mmX6 mm as earth lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I connected to main board/distribution board complete all as specified and as directed. Note No.1: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC M-25 (design mix) cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl. page No.347 of SSR Part-II. Note No.2: Earthing lead beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately.
Supplying and laying 32mm x 6mm G.I strip for connecting machinery from earthing including connection / terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washers etc and necessary clamps to fix on Jetty/duct ccomplete all as specified and as directed.
Supply & lay GI Pipe 100mm medium grade in trench for road crossings/obstructions for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
Cutting the existing road surface/PCC/ foot path in width of 50cm for laying of HT/LT cables including excavation of trenches up to 60 cm depth , returning filling, removal of soil in any type of soil, including making good for disturbed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, including necessary form work , watering etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F for structural steel section support/staging/chamber cover along with breaking support clamps and back plate fabricated including nuts, bolts, welding and bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated complete all as specified and as directed.
Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5mm thick for voltage 11kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m. complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply install, testing and commissioning of factory made indoor type floor mounted / self standing cubical LT panel of required size with the general construction shall conform to IS – 8623 – 1977 (Part – I) CPRI approved/ type tested, vermin proof type made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet 3 phase 4 wire system 415 V AC 50 cycle with 4000 Amps copper bus bars, to be fabricated vertically as units including breaking of existing PCC and making cable duct of 1m x 1m and required length including 6mm thick MS duct cover as per site requirement to facilitate all cables without disturbing existing system, provision for taking incoming main LT supply from top side and incoming DG supply from bottom side from bus trunks and outgoing to loads connection from bottom side by using angular iron frame for each unit panel fixing with nuts & bolts on ICMS channel (unit wise fabrication for dismantling unit wise and refixing unit wise with accessories for easy transportation and fixing and commission of LT panel) using 2mm thick MS sheet all over body front and back cover with hinges and locking arrangements, 2mm thick MS sheet for bus bar cover, panel, partitions and bottom cable entry covers duly painted with powder coated type enamel paint with control wiring to complete LT panel with 1.5 sqmm FRLS copper cable and 5 A Bakelite cut outs for meters, breaker control supply and indication lamps and with the following necessary bus bars/ ACBS and accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
(g) BUS COUPLER:- Air circuit breaker 4000 Amps with breaking capacity not less than 65kA, inbuilt temperature protection, 4 pole 440 Volt AC, 50Hz, Electrically drawn out type, Electrically charged microprocessor release, internal battery for trip units, individual fault diagonis, with overload and over temperature protection with microprocessor based tripping system against Short circuit, instantaneous and earth fault protection, Electrically operated draw out type, closing coil, shunt release and pre trip alarm and individual fault LED indications -01 No. (h) OUTGOING:- (i) Air circuit breaker 1600 Amps with breaking capacity not less than 50kA ,inbuilt temperature protection, 4 pole 440 Volt AC, 50Hz, Electrically drawn out type, Electrically charged microprocessor release, internal battery for trip units, individual fault diagonis, with overload and over temperature protection with microprocessor based tripping system against Short circuit, instantaneous and earth fault protection, Electrically operated draw out type, closing coil, shunt release and pre trip alarm and individual fault LED indications -04 Nos.
(ii) Air circuit breaker 1250 Amps with breaking capacity not less than 50kA ,inbuilt temperature protection, 4 pole 440 Volt AC, 50Hz, Electrically drawn out type, Electrically charged microprocessor release, internal battery for trip units, individual fault diagonis, with overload and over temperature protection with microprocessor based tripping system against Short circuit, instantaneous and earth fault protection, Electrically operated draw out type, closing coil, shunt release and pre trip alarm and individual fault LED indications -02 Nos. Note: (i) Rate quoted includes necessary grouting / chipping of concrete makes of Anchor fastners and making PCC foundation to fix the LT Panel and connecting of necessary LT cables with new end terminations as directed by the Engineer -in-charge. (ii) Civil work required for the foundation of LT panel as per the manfacturer recomendation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable/under rated LT UG cables of size 300 to 500Sqmm from cable duct/trench without disturbing existing services and the same will be the property of contractor and the amount will be reimbursed as per rate given in schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.
Disconnecting and taking out old serviceable LT UG cables from LT Panel/FPB of size 240 to 500Sqmm from cable duct / trench without disturbing existing services and re-connecting the same LT UG cable to another LT Panel/FPB complete all as specified and as directed.
Disconnecting and taking out old serviceable LT bus duct (Aluminium/ Copper) from Transformer/LT Panel/FPB of size 4000Amps from cable duct / trench without disturbing existing services and re-connecting the same LT bus duct to another Transformer/LT Panel/FPB with necessary modifications required at site complete all as specified and as directed.
