Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 1mtr. Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :A)Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351 , manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60mm thickness,including hinges jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold ofmild steel angle of section 50x25mm, or base ties of 1.60mm pressed, mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S pressed butt hinges 2.5mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge: Profile B A) Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°,landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with A) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level A) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
