Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of electric driven centrifugal pump set, horizontal split casing pump with cast iron impeller, stainless steel shaft, mounted on common mild steel base frame fixed in and including foundation as per manufacture’s recommendation with nuts & bolts including anti vibration pad, coupled directly through set of flexible coupling with three phase 2965 RPM (approx) , Suction x delivary 65 x 50mm, efficency 74% rated power 39.64 KW, squirrel cage induction motor of 75 HP/55 KW capacity totally enclosed fan cooled of suitable capacity for operation on three phase, 415 Volts ( +-10%), 50 Hz (+- 5%), AC, class B insulation complete with pumping capacity 10000 GPH at 280metre head complete with standard fittings and necessary electric connections all as specified and as directed. Make- Kirloskar,Model: RKB 50/15L or equivalent approved make of CG/Bharat/Kirloskar/Electric.

Supply and fixing in replacement fully automatic, star-delta starter motor output capacity at 415 Volts, 3 phase, 75HP/56KW having operating relay range- 55 to 70 Amps enclosed in sheet metal enclosure complete including all fixing arrangement and making electrical connections with motor complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat No. IHPASDYF* ( Cosmic star-ASD) of Havells or equivalent make of Schneider electric/ Siemens/L&T/ Legrand/ Indo- Asian.

Taking out non return valve 100 mm dia from main pumping line complete all as specified and directed:-

Supply and fixing in replacement cast iron non return (Reflux) valve flange type of 100mm dia with double door suspension lugs & brass spindle and jointing conforming to IS-5312 with & including rubber gasket 6mm thick including 12mm dia , 50mm long bolts with nuts & washers complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Kirloskar/Leader/BIR/Rmco)

Supply and fix 100mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade including all fittings and fixed complete to walls/ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down unservicable tubing complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Supply and fix 50mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade including all fittings and fixed complete to walls/ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down unservicable tubing complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Materials and labour as in repair for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement copper conductor multistrandard single core of size 50 sqmm including flexible conduit/sleeve pipe for starter to motor electric connection all as specified and as directed.

Supply only item No S411AE, Item Type C .Item Name- STEQUA 411AE REFILL. Specification:-Chlorine tablets contained in plastic cylindrical sealed disposable sanitiser refillf or disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for contolled release of disinfectant in water, suitable for operation throughr ecommended dosing system. Replacement Indication-visual and weight variation operation type-Non Contact, Non inhalatory, Heavy Metal Contaminants (like Mercury and Lead) inproduct media must be Below Detectable Limit (BDL) and the product must pass through Acute Toxicity test (to specially confirm non Toxicity for Mamalian cells) based on which the product must be considered safe to use from human health safety point of view and freedom from toxicity when used in drinking water disnfection, in recommended dosage. The Brand and Make of the Refill must be stated and certified by a laboratory/study centre of any State University (a University established or incorporated by Provisional Act or By a Sate Act ) having infrastructural facilities to conduct the tests by above methods, confirming compliance to all the above opertional stipulations with a declaration from thel aboratory, that the product is safe to use from safety point of view used for drinking water disinfection in recommended dosage compelete all asspecified Make:Declibac Technologies Pvt Ltd/Potter & Watts/Brio Zing.
