M&L for attending the complaints of Hot Water Plants/stand alone CHS plants for checking the burner assy, fuel pumps, injectors starter etc and checking conitnous electric supply including checking and rectification of electrical fault of hot water boilers/stand alone CHS plants installed at various unit locations at Leh area under AGE E/M-II sub divn making the plants functional incl minor repairs where ever equired as per site requirement all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : - The major spare parts for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

M&L for replacement of photocell suitable for 0.5/1.0/1.5 lakh kilo/cal/hr burner complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of Ignition Transformer electronic type suitable for 0.5/1.0/1.5 lakh kilo/cal/hr burner rod assy complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sequence controller suitable for 0.5/1.0/1.5 lakh kilo/cal/hr burner rod assy complete with all electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of thermostat assembly tail type as per existing suitable for 50-300 degree centigrade temperature complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rewinding of electric motor 3 phase 415 volts of capacity 3/5 HP with superior quality super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate size and gauge as existing including varnishing, cotton tape, PVC sleeves etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling of burner assembly and removing of side cover of boiler capacity 1.0/1.5 kilo/cal/hr and complete serviceing the boiler by using coil shine chemical and removing the complete carbon/oil deposites including repair to coil assembly if there is any leakage found or any other repair required at side and reassembling / testing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Burner assembly including fixing the assembly in the existing hot water boiler incl making necessary arrangments with all required fixing materials and made functional the hot water boiler of capacity 1.0/1.5 Lakh kilo/cal/hr and testing after completetion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Burner assembly including fixing the assembly in the existing hot water boiler/stand alone CHS incl making necessary arrangments with all required fixing materials and made functional the hot water boiler/stand alone CHS of capacity 0.5/0.35 Lakh kilo/cal/hr and testing after completetion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 40 mm bore dia 3 layer PPR (polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PPR plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches all as specified and directed.

M&L for lagging for 25 mm bore dia pipes to be used in water supply all round with 40 mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed 'SNAP ON' pipe sections of density 144 kgs / cum conforming to IS 9842 and providing chicken mess wire netting 25 guage 20 mm mesh and covered with aluminum foil 0.01 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(Earth work, cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trences or passing through pipes ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately)

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of cable, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc nexc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated material to a distance n, exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level n.exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n, exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying & 15 cm above the cable after laying complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified.
