M&L for treatment of sunken floor slab comprising of the following specifications with and including demolition of PCC in sunken portion/ floors including removal of the debris outside the MOD land and complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Demolition of PCC in sunken portion /floors and Cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. Provision of 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including S& f in repair 40 mm dia, 450 mm long medium grade spout pipe and cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for the same (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces at bottom and sides up to floor level with 15 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed including filling it with water to check dampness and seppage and where dampness / seppage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI/PVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty Sikaguard 694 F(I) or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE in two coats @ 3kg/sqm to sanwiched with glass fibre reinforcemnt: Sika Fab-1 or or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE over base coat as per mnaufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint . (viii) The sunken floor shall be filled with lean concrete 1:5:10, type E2(40 mm graded aggregate) Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing and all M&L is inclued in the rates quoted above.

Cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs and cutting through reinforcement chajjas, etc reinforced or other wise surfical area n.exc 100 sqcm as directed to insert angle iron for holding chajjas / coller platforms as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply of rust remover cum passivator to remove rust from existing reinforcement by using product as approved by GE, with density 1.01 Kg/ltr at 30 degree celsius and consumption : 0.2 Kg/Sqm/coat complete all as specified and directed. Note: The mtrl to be applied thoroughly on exposed rebars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as length of bar x two times the dia of bar).

Supply and apply a cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system to existing reinforcement using cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system with consumption : 3.75 kg/Sqm for two coats and Product requirements: carbonation resistance: 2 mm of chemical compound as approved by GE corresponds to 20 mm of normal mortar; bond strength > 1N / Sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The mtrl to be applied thoroughly on exposed rebars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as length of bar x two times the dia of bar)

Providng extra reinforcement with TMT bars as per site design requirement including straightening ,cutting ,bending, placing in position ,binding with GI wire of 18 gauge etc complete in all respects .Additional reinforecment wit hadequate lap length & rings at required spacing shall be tied with existing reinforcement using binding wire or welded complete as per site requirement and directions.

Providng and fixing rebar of required length & diameter 16 mm x 160 mm with Epoxy Resin wherever required in RCC members including power drilling ,cleaning of holes, then rebars should be inserted in holes that should be filled with epoxy to ensure the bond as per manufacturer recommendation complete as per site requirement and directions.

The gunited surface to be cured properly for a min of 7 days all in complete as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing 12-16mm dia injection ports non returnable nozzle by drilling, cleaning and sealing holes 50-75 mm deep with fast setting high strength Epoxy putty, solvent free, three component compound based on epoxy resins, graded fillers and thixotropic agents as approved by GE as in beams, columns, slab and parapets as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for grouting of nozzles with low viscous moisture insensitive, High strength, epoxy resin grout as approved by GE with pressure not excedding 2-3 Kgf/Sqcm till the nozzle refuses to take further grout including cutting extra length of the nozzle after the grout hardens and finishes as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of plaster/finishes of the wall patch area observed to expose the brick surface. Cleaning; shifting and stacking debris, necessary lead and lift and disposal of debris outside the premises etc., complete as all as specified and directed.

Tested as per wissbau No 2002-094- (1A) fuction test with re-injectable hose system. these holes should be drilled until a depth of approx. 5 cm (for a 6cm thick wall) before the end of the wall is reached. Pump Sika @ injection -306 @ at>20 bar into a behind fissures or into masonry joint which are allowing water to infiltrate into unwanted area if voids is masonry being injected contain insufficient moisture to activate the grout inject a small amount of water prior to injecting the grout when movement stop of sika @injection -306 appears at the next packer move to the next packer and inject. if the dampness is heavy inject similarly at next joint line, pumping of sika injection is to done till chemical comes out from adjacent holes. Cutting of packers :- Cut the packers after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. Note : consumption of all chemicals is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the contractor, consumption of chemical per hole may vary from 0.5 kg to 1.5 kg.

Providing and applying acrylic polymer SikaTop® -107 Seal IN, 2 component polymer modified cementitious coating of tensile strength of 2.0 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 412 , elongation of 110% as per ASTM D 412, Shore A hardness ~ 90 (ASTM D2240), resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per EN 12390-8:2019 applied in two coats @ 3kg/sqm over a saturated surface and the interval between each coat of coating application is 6-8 hrs. The 2 coats must be applied at right angle to each other with a brush. Finally sprinking sand over the second coat for better adhesion with plaster complete all as specified and directed.
