M&L for cleaning of shell and tube water cooled condensers of the A/C plants of following capacities after dismantling the water lines and headers and cleaning with suitable wire brush and washing soda to remove the dirt and water scaling and refixing the water lines and headers including provision of new gaskets, in every 04 months etc complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) 15 TR to 30 TR capacity

(b) 50 TR capacity

(c) 94 TR capacity

Supply and fix in repairs ball / roller bearing for pumps and motors of following capacity including taking down old bearing and re installation at site including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

(a) Upto 15 HP capacity

(b) 20 HP to 30 HP capacity

(c) 40 HP to 60 HP capacity

Supply and charging compressor oil Servo manufactured by Indian Oil Corporation or Equivalent approved make including flushing/cleaning of oil chamber etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Nitrogen testing for the any capacity of compressors including condensing unit and gas piping complete as per the manufacturer instructions all as specified and as directed. Note :- Nitrogen pressure should be held without any drop in pressure inside the unit continue for 24 hours.

Supply and filling Nitrogen Gas Cylinder of 61 Kg Each Cylinder complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling Refrigerant gas R-407 of 61 Kg Each Cylinder for AC plant compressor all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling Refrigerant gas R-22 of 61 Kg Each Cylinder for AC plant compressor all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing Monoblock pumps including dismantling and opening the pump, repair/replacement of defective impeller, replace the worn out bearing impeller, stuffing box, back plates, gland packing mechanical seal and rusted nut, bolts etc assembling property, greasing all movable parts, fixing in position, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed for the following HP pumps.

(a) 3 HP to 5 HP Pump

(b) 7.5 HP to 10 HP Pump

(c) 15 HP to 20 HP pump

Supply and fixing in repair power assembly expansion valve for up 80TR AC plant at EHU / ERS Model SVE 42 all as specified and as directed. Make – SPORLAN or equivalent as per the existing.

Supply and fixing in repair MVPD for up to 80 TR capacity at old AC plant Model equivalent as per the existing.

Supply and fix of V-belt size C 2650/C-102 including taking down old belt all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the unserviceable electric motor any type or of any capacity and transporting to reputed workshop, taking out old and burnt winding wire and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and size with insulating materials, varnishing and baking etc, re-fixing the same at site and re-alignment, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old and fix new PVC fins of cooling tower of any capacity AC plant and replacing with new one including setting complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Mihir or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repair fabricated Hyphen filter upto 90 micron made out of GI channel frame overall size 55 cm x 55 cm x 5 cm including nylon micro filter and wire mesh covered front and back all as per sample given including taking down old micro filter all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair in repair DOL starter suitable for 5HP motor capacity 9 to 14 Amp complete with over load relay , single phasing preventer under volt release etc all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T or equivalent in Schneider/Havells.

Supply and fix in repair in repair DOL starter suitable for 10 HP motor capacity 14 to 23 Amp complete with over load relay, single phasing preventer under volt release etc all as specified and as directed. Make: L&T or equivalent in Schneider/Havells.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces by removing dust, rust etc and, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun of approved make and colour for cooling tower, condensing pipe line condenser water pumps including all pipe line valves etc. of 5 TR to 60 TR Capacity Plant all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix CT fan (with hub and fan blade) of capacity 5 to10 HP for cooling tower all as specified and as directed.

Note : Defective spares required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under appropriate items of this schedule.

M&L for providing acoustic lining to the ducting by using FG crown 200x25mm thick rigid board density 32kg/m3 covered with RP tissue & 28G aluminium perforated sheet & using GI nuts, bolts & washer for the entire duct complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for thermal insulation of duct using adhesive & FG crown-150 factory laminated covered with aluminium foil of 50mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair and maintenance of AC plant heater including internal wiring and replace of any part of internal body all as specified and as directed.
