Item Description/ Heading (Note:- The Work is to executed as per the STC attached in the Tender document)
Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres
Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (CBR>30 or more) (Table:- 400-1 & Table 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or crushed stone having CBR >30, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator or plant mix method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of Specification. Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8- 10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of specification complete in all respect
Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement M-40 grade concrete over a prepared sub base with cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per IRC 15 2011 and as per relevant clauses of section 602 of specifications complete but including cost of steel in dowel bar and tie rods etc.
Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fllets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Providing and Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/prestrssed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material (cost of bedding included) in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
Providing and fixing PVC pipe 4 kg/sqm pressure 75 mm dia pipe of required length as weep hole in retaining wall as per instruction of Engr-In-Charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means Hydraulic excavator (Tata Hitachi EX 200, BEML BE 200) or equivalant with the disposal of excavated earth up to 25 mtr. Lead as per direction of E/I.
Providing and fixing Cautionary/Warning sign boards in Equilateral Triangle size of_____mm made out of ____mm aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class C (TypeXI Micro prismatic grade sheeting) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesivere to reflective specified background, border and backside retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 TableNo83. Supported with back support frame 25mmx25mmx3mm, duly painted on backside with greystove enamel paint and supported on one no. of M.S. angle iron post of size 65mmX65mmX6mm, 3.45m long, duly painted with with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25cm width including G.I.fixtures etc; fixing the boards in M25 grade concrete block of size 60cmX60cmX75cm including transportation etc; complete. ClassC(Type XI Microprismatic grade sheeting)shall have 10years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-600 mm made out of 3mm aluminum composite material out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor/supplier.600 mm made out of 3mm aluminum composite material
Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular/Square in shape having area less than 0.90 SquareMeter made out of____mm aluminum sheet bonded with white retroreflective sheeting of Class__(TypeIV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesivere to reflective specified background, border and backside retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25mmx25mmx3mm, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on one no. mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm, 3.5mt long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25cm width including GI fixures and transportation etc. complete. The nut bolts of board with angle iron post/supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded.
