REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, SUMMER COOLING APPLIANCE AND EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SERVICES AT PCDA OFFICE, RESIDENTIAL COLONY AND GUEST HOUSE UNDER PCDA (ARMY) UNDER GE(S) JAIPUR AT MIL STN JAIPUR

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting points etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tibba sand filling under floor or in foundations including gently punned as in cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

M&L in repair for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 150 sq. mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note-Excavation,earth work,sand,brick and protection pipe shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F in repair LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP-65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) T&P (Tools and Plant) such as ladder, crane vehicle, manpower etc. shall be inclusive with qouted rate. (ii) The rate of necessary arrangement for fixing LED light on existing bracket like reducer or extention of pipe of suitable size as per dia of GI pipe LED light by welding etc. are inclusive in the quoted rate.

S&F in repair LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate include the cost of assembling of the complete fitting and its testing before and after mounting or erection etc. for proper functioning.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down unserviceable street light / flood light fittings and accessories of any size / type / make from high mast pole / electric pole / building, safely and re-fixing after minor repair like LED driver, cleaning, tightening of loose component etc and servicing in serviceable condition including provision of cable for connection complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The tools and plants required for repair / maintenance such as ladder, crane vehicle, menpower etc. shall be inclusive with the quoted rate. (ii) Spare parts like LED drivers etc. are measure and paid seperately under respective items.

M&L for PVC casing capping of size not less than 32x16 mm, ISI marked, ivory colour along with all fittings / fixing accessories, complete all as specified and directed.
