The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the Contract Value) as a prime Contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction of RCC Box by Box Pushing technique of value not less than Rs 227.25 lakhs during the Last 5 years. (from 2021-22 to 2025-26) An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of work to bring it to the price level The work done certificate should be obtained from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent in case of Government under taking.

The intending bidder should have executed in any one financial year, the following minimum quantities of work (usually 80% of peak annual rate of construction) in the last 5 Years (from 2021-22 to 2025-26) The minimum quantities of work/items. The work done certificate should be obtained from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent in case of Government undertaking Cement concrete (M30 & Above): 1164.00cum,TMT steel Fe 500 & Above: 190.00tonne, EWE/ Embankment: 8912.00cum

Valid KPWD Class II & Above Registration certificate

Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate along with latest paid challan copy.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum eligibility and Prequalification criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available bid Capacity is calculated as under. The requisite Earnest Money Deposit in e- cash& as per clause 13.1

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities should be not less than Rs 191.50 lakhs. (credit lines / letter of credit/ certificates from Scheduled nationalized Bank for meeting the fund requirement etc), (Usually equivalent to the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period)

Income Tax returns of last 5 years (FY: 2020-21 to 2024-25)

The intending bidder in his name should have in last five years period (from 2020-21 to 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only)i.e.,Rs 908.84 lakhs. Note:Audited Balance Sheets, Audited Profit and Loss account and turnover certificate duly certified by a Chartered Accountant with their UDIN (unique document Identification Number) generated through the ICAI (The Institute of chartered Accountants of India) Portal Should be uploaded. Certificate without UDIN the documents uploaded will be considered and treated as invalid document. Financial turnover of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to price level
