M&L for 10mm thick Glazed Vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade (square/rectangular), on vertical surfaces such as dado/ skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) , area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured, glazed ceramic stone kraft/ digital tiles of size 450x300x 6-7mm thick as on vertical surfaces as dado/ skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, laid with and including over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like bedded over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminum point wiring of any description & in any position with and including pvc/steel conduit all fitting, accessories & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings call bell, lamp holders etc and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as directed. NOTE: Old fittings/fixtures/accessories like switch, sockets, lamp holders, regulators etc found in serviceable condition shall be removed carefully for reuse in the work and shall be paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor cable FR, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in and including concealed PVC conduit (Medium grade) of suitable size not less then 20mm dia all as directed with using new sunken type pressed steel box/terminal boxes of suitable size, 2mm thick duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings/junction boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor cable FR single core. PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE: (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing colour of surface.
