Augmentation of 11kV/415V Electrical sub-stations for various electric sub-stations at different T.E. buildings MTNL New Delhi

SITC of 11kV 3 phase 50Hz 350MVA sheet steel, dust and vermin proof, free floor standing extendable type 4panel H.T. panel , having 230V A.C. motor-operated Draw-out type 630Amp. Vacuum Circuit Breakers (one incoming & Three outgoing) with necessary Protection, Measuring instruments including Energy analyzer, Indicating instruments, IDMT relays, CTs, PT, termination arrangement for Incoming and Outgoing XLPE-11 KV cable, terminal blocks, earth bus bar, Sign writing, complete in all respects as required as per detailed specifications attached.

De-moisturizing of 11kv HT Panel, testing and meggaring, p.c. testing, insulation testing i/c removal of moisture in bus-bars, insulators, incoming, outgoing and H.T cable box and heating, P.T, C.T. testing etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV H.T P.T. spout including connections, testing etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV H.T P.T primary fuses with connection testing complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV H.T P.T Secondary Fuses with connection testing complete as required.

Dismantling and removing of burnt-out 11kV/110 volt P.T., repairing, rewinding, re-installation, connecting & testing etc. complete as required.

High voltage testing of 11kV 3 core XLPE HT power cable i/c meggaring etc. complete as required by disconnecting both ends of the cable from the bus-bars/HT Panel/transformer and re-connecting & tightening the same after HV testing.

Testing of 11kV H.T. Panel & 11kV 3 core XLPE power cable etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing (in existing panel) Digital type ammeter 0-2500 Amp., size 96mm x 96mm (Make :- Trinity / L&T/Slic) including wiring, connection, testing etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing (in existing panel) Digital type voltmeter 0-500 Volt, size 96mm x 96mm (Make:- Trinity / L&T/ Slic) including wiring, connection, testing etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of LED type indication lamp with holder assembly 230 V AC / 24 V DC / 48 V DC / 110 V DC, complete as required.

Supply & fixing of power pack unit having input 220 Volt AC and out put 24/48/110 Volt DC i/c. making inter connection suitable for existing HT system etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing (in existing HT Panel) Digital type, KV Meter size 96mm x 96mm, (Make:- Trinity / L&T/ Slic) including wiring, connections, testing etc. complete as required.

Servicing, cleaning and testing of 750 KVA 11kV/415V Dry type Transformer including flexible joint connection, temperature relay, tightening of all HT/LT connections, adjustment of tripping, meggaring, high voltage testing, IR value test, voltage balancing test, voltage ratio test and removal of moisture in various parts such as bus-bars, insulator, incoming and outgoing, HT cable box, PT, CT, checking protection etc. complete as required.

Testing of complete 200KVA to 1000KVA 11kV/415V Oil cooled Transformer with meggaring, high voltage testing, IR value test megnetise current test, voltage balancing test, voltage ratio test etc. complete as required.

De-hydration of transformer oil with Filter machine at site to maintain the break down value, die electric strength of oil up to 50 KV including providing oil testing facility at site as reqd.

Supplying & filling the transformer oil, sealed pack drum including transportation charges etc. ( Make : M/S Power oil /Savita with ISI marked having 50KV R/C)

Servicing of 400Amp to 800Amp HT OCB / VCB complete with cleaning, alignment, adjustment of gaps between phase to phase, lubricating all moving parts, adjustment for smooth mechanical operation etc complete as required.

Servicing of 800 to 3200 Amp ACB (including locating & arresting of fault, if any)complete with cleaning, alignment, adjustment of gaps between phase to phase, lubricating all moving parts adjustment for smooth mechanical operation etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 25mm x 5mm GI earth Strip on existing surface/in recess including chasing the surface and making good the same/in ground including excavation and refilling the same.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of encapsulated pipe earthing system employing pipe in pipe technology, consisting of Hot-dip galvanized safe earthing electrodes with suitable termination arrangements, crystalline conductive mixture for internal corrosion protection and back fill compound for external corrosion protection as per manufacturer’s recommendations, including digging of earth pit, back filling the same, providing masonry pit at the top, as per specifications attached, and as per details given below: (i) Electrode: Hot dip galvanized (ii) Outer pipe: Diameter – 50.8mm, Wall thickness – 1.62 mm, Length – 2960mm (iii) Inner pipe: Diameter – 25.4mm, Wall thickness – 2.62mm, Length – 3000mm (iv) Terminal: 37.5mm x 65mm (v) Pipe material: Galvanised Mild steel. (vi) Internal Corrosion protection: Crystalline Conductive Mixture to be filled inside the inner pipe as well as between two pipes. (vii) Outside Corrosion protection: Minimum 2 bags of backfill compound duly mixed with soft-soil & water to be filled in the earth pit outside the outer pipe throughout the entire depth of the pit (viii) Size of earth pit: 250mm dia. of appropriate depth (3000mm to 3200mm) (ix) Size of masonry chamber (inside finished dimensions): 450mm x 450mm x 450mm (x) M.S.chequered plate of minimum 2mm thickness and suitable size to cover the masonry chamber of 450mm x 450mm.

Supplying and making indoor cable end jointing with cast resin compound, including lugs and other jointing materials, for 3 core 95sq.mm., XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11KV grade as required

Dismantling, removing and pulling out the faulty/damaged./burnt-out Aluminium/copper conductor armoured/unarmoured L.T. power cables of size upto 300 sq.mm. from under-ground cable trench including disconnecting both ends of the cable from bus-bars of switchgear/LT Panel, making rolls of the dismantled cable, shifting the same to the desiganted store/location within the building premises and handing-over to the department etc. complete as required.

Providing and making of straight-through cable joint in existing burnt-out Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 3Core/3.5 core 300sq.mm. including making connections etc. complete as required.

Cleaning from inside as well as outside by blowering, tightening of all bus-bars, nut-bolts, meggaring and testing of all sections of LT Panel comprising of 2 nos. ACB/MCCB incomers, 1 No. ACB/MCCB bus-coupler, 8 mor more MCCB/ACB outgoings etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 630 Amp 3 Pole MCCB with suitable box including making necessory modifications in the existing bus bars & cables, making connections of incoming and outgoing cables, testing etc complete as required.(Make: L&T/GE/Havells)

De-moisturing of 800A Rising main and dismantling of common main busbar including GND to 6th floor i/c. meggaring demoisturing of bus bars and its refixing and servicing checking of all TAP OFF box MCCB's etc i/c testing removing faults etc complete as required.
