The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on firms having proven satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items for at least 20 % of tender quantity in preceding three years against single order as per clause 16.4 of GTC.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspection by the consignee after receipt of material at consignee premises

Guarantee / warranty and Material Testing certificate from any NABL or equivalent IS standard lab is required to be submitted at the time of supply of material.

Before bulk supply, the firm shall physically verify and match the thread of the CO₂ Gas Cartridge with the sample thread available at the consignee's premises to ensure complete compatibility with the existing 5 kg Cartridge Type Portable Fire Extinguishers.

Sample to be approved by the consignee before supply of materials.

GC/WC as per IRS T&C and GC/WC certificate to be submitted at the time of delivery of material.
