Cutting and disposal of earth work in by mechanical in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). The recovery for stones, whether use full or not for 19.06cum(Nineteen point zero six cubic metre) @ 300/-only(Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected on prorata basis in all circumstances. All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost). Any loss to the public and private propriety, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Earth work in excavation for structure in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads August 2004 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring abd bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where balsting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting/ excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width , camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost).Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him at his on cost in all cases. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five milimetre)so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bailies in all heights or propping and centring, below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs (four metres) and removal of the same for in situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(a) Foundation footing and basis of columns etc. and mass concrete

Finishing walls with emulsion of Asian / Nerolac Exterior of required shade brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated on crete/ stone/ plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of butty a required for metling the surface including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm (One milimetre) of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of excavated surplus earth by mechanical transport in all leads and lifts at dumping site surrounding Shimla through all mode of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its leveling and top complete the work (dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost).
