Prepration of plastered surfaces for oil bound distemper including sand papering the surface, applying one coat of linseed oil and filling with a apprd. quality of filler(varnish & chalk mitty etc.) including finishing the surface to the required finish complete, New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer, HSR 11.64.1
