Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm, 4 core, aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with lugs/thimbles of suitable size etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete including taking out old cable & bricks all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Returning filling, earth work, sand cushioning and brick cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per Ser item No 01 here-in-before but LT cable of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core all as specified and directed .

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supply and laying, burnt bricks, sub class 'B', old size for cable protection, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 07 here-in-before but except bricks.

Material & labour, for cutting existing road for taking out/laying of underground cable through GI pipe of dia 40mm including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe, light grade, 40mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall with MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc or laid under floor/road/pavement, including taking out old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down of old unserviceable street light fittings and Supply, fixing and testing LED street light fitting of 45 Watt fitted on 4 to 9 meter high octagonal pole / 9 & 11 meter PCC/Swan neck pole including LED lamps complete with body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminium alloy. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction, totally enclosed, dust and water proof with minimum IP-65 protection as per IS-10322-1982 (Part-I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140-300V, AC, frequency 50-60 Hz, PF should be more than 0.9 with total harmonic distoration. THD (I) less than 15%, cool white colour and lamp starting time should not be more than 10 second, Fittings should be provided with 10 KV surge protection. Driver should be constant current constant voltage driver. Driver should have high voltage withstanding capacity upto 300V, AC. Driver should also have double phase protection, no load, open circuit and short circuit protection. LED light fittings should be suitable for ambient temperature from - 10 degree centrigrade to 50 degree centigrade and humidity level 10% to 90% RH. Covers should be polycarbonate/ toughened glass to ensure minimum IP 65 degree protection. Cover should not degrade due to heating and ageing. The efficient of LED luminaries system shall be more than 85 lumens per watt and must be certified by LM-79 test report complete all as specified and directed . Make: Crompton/ Bajaj/Havells/Halonix/Philips Note :- (a) Bidder shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from accredited test laboratory for LM-79 (b)Bidder has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following cases : - (i) Manufacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact, (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1m) of the LED/ luminairies. (c) All LED light luminaire must meet the provision laid down in IS-16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part-II/ Section 13 (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on poles which includes required T & P and accessories etc if any, making connection, testing etc complete. No extra payment is admissible on these account. Note: Every light fitting will be warranty 5 years after completion of CA and replacement/defects as applicable should be complied/rectified within 7 days .

S&F in replacement MCCB, TPN 63 Amp, 16 KA, 415 volts,4 pole,50 Hz,thermal magnetic release,fixed type complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement thermoplastic cable junction boxes ,IP65 with metric knockout for cable entry of size 260x210x116 mm, fixed on pole/wall with MS clamps/MS flat iron (as per site requirement) of size 25x4 mm, nuts, bolts,washers and glands, including 4 nos aluminium bus bar strip of size 15cmx3mm and one No MCB SP 6 Amp complete all as specified and directed. Make: Hensel Cat part No,. K-8350 or equivalant in Sintex Note :- A Sum of Rs. 31,960.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/demolished/taking down material.
