Note : For item No. 1 to 8 :- (a) Rates quoted by the tenderer for the above items shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost required for general cleaning the area of the installation complete. (b) Safety instructions as per IS are to be provided by the contractor and will be continuously in use of the operator on duty. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor for the same. (c) The operator employed shall have minimum education qualification of 10th class pass and they should produce the attested copy of the certificates to the Engineer-in-Charge/GE before commencement of work. (d) Log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor properly as per the format approved by Engineer-in-Charge and the same shall be handed over to Engineer-in-Charge on completion of contract period. (e) Penalty clause : If the opeartor is found absent for one shift, recovery of Rupee (three times the quoted rate) per shift for one operator will be made from the payment due to the contractor. (f) Dress : Operators have to put on grey uniform as approved by Engr-in-charge.Contractor has to provide the uniform without any extra payment by dept.

NOTE for Item No. 10 to 17 :- (a) Spares required for the above maintenance shall be measured & paid as Supply only under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'. (b) Every day checklist as approved by Engr-in-charge has to be produced by technician giving the details of the individual lifts. (c) Routine checking/testing/servicing of the lift shall be done on weekly basis including greasing and oiling , if not Rs. 2000 will be imposed as penalty for every week & lift missed and completion of servicing be produced to Engr-In-Charge. (d) Every day one technician has to be deployed for day to day maint and rectification of faults if any and failing which Rs.750 will be charged as penalty for every day. Technician should report its attendance to Engr-in-charge. (e) Sitting arrangements for operators has to be provided by contractor as its end without any claims. (f) The technician employed should have Minimum education qualification of ITI and shall have minimum 5 years experience and they should produce the attested copy of the certificates to the Engineer-in-Charge/GE before commencement of work.

M & L for cabin lighting with LED Technology for lift cabin with LED fixtures 6 nos of 6 W flush to ceiling including control wiring for auto off complete with all accessories including wiring etc for installation. Complete all as specifies and directed

Dismantling existing cabin side panels and supply and fix side encosures on three side of cabin made from SS 304 grade sheet, 1.2 mm thick, hair line finish, and Stainless steel 1.2 mm thick sheet false ceiling with cut out for fan, fan grill, LED lights etc suitable lift cabin having 26 persons capacity, including safety instruction, Do & Dont board, emergency Numbers etc for as per existing width & depth in Lift Serving G+ 3/G+4 upper floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable landing door from various floors & supply and fixing new landing door comprise of 02 No power operated auto telescopic 900 mm opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 1.2 mm thick flush type complete with door suitable for 15 Ps lifts including necesseary cutting opening in masonry work & making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing complete in Lift all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling and taking out old un serviceable car door from car cabin and supply and fixing new car door comprise of 02 nos power operated auto telescopic 900 mm opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of 1.2 mm thick flush type complete with VVVF door drive unit with card, Air card, aluminium sill, complete with headers all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for For lift no. 1 VIP AICTS.
