Following works are required to be carried out for internal inspection of 40 MVA Transformer at 220 KV S/S charla under ETD-II Meerut. The Detail of work to be executed is as given below :-

Opening of inspection plate, Dismantling of HV/LV side bushing and opeing of HV/LV side Jumpers & Other associated works.
Internal inspection of 40 MVA Transformer, checking of HV/LV side winding lead of Transformer, LV phase leads, LV Neutral/Star point inspection, LV turret/Bushing base pressboard support insulation (LV end), LV winding end, tightening of joints, Neutral lead/LV lead sleeve insulation connections and all other components inside the main tank of Transformer. If 40 MVA Transformer found healthy or repair at Sub-station then following work is to be carried out.

Centrifuging of Transformer oil iin 20 KL oil tanker by ultra heigh Vacuum oil filtration plant after connecting the centrifuging the pipe with oil tanker to filtration plant including taking the BDV value of oil periodically till the required value is achieved. (Centrifuging machine with operator shall be provide by the contractor).
Filling of centrifuged Transformer oil from oil tanker to Transformer main tank and top up in conservator tank up to required level.
Testing of Transformer oil of main & OLTC tank oil sample collected in stasndard sample bottles at CPRI/Any Certified testing lab including cost of transportation. (After centrifuging of oil of 40 MVA T/F-I) ABB Make. i. Breakdown Voltage Test ii. Moisture Content Test iii. DGA
