Note : Cleaning of manhole shall be carried out by mechanically and the rate quoted shall deemed to be included this aspect.

Cleaning of sewage/drain pipe/Rain water upto 150mm internal dia by mechanical means for removing the blockage in between manholes / gully trap by rodding complete incl lifting, removing water, clogged mud & sludge,etc., incl disposing the sludge outside MoD land, cleaning the pipe lines with water and cutting grass, vegetation and bushes to a width of 60cm all the sides of pipes line complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 75 above but depth exc1.5m but n.exc 3.00m in deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blocked gully trap / floor trap / Nahani trap, WC 'P' trap or 'S' trap and refixing the same after cleaning the pipes making good damaged cement joints, with CM 1:3 and water proofing compound etc including disposing the sludge outside MoD land complete all asspecified and directed Note: (i) Contractor shall collect complaint slips from complaint cell of AGE B/R-II by 09:00 Hrs and ensure rectification of complaint and return the complaint slip duly signed by the Users within a working day. In case, the contractor fails to rectify the complaint within the specified period, recovery @ Rs. 500/- per day per complaint shall be affected from the contractor's dues.

Cleaning /clearing of blockages of WHB, Kitchen Sink ,EWC,etc of dia 75/100 mm incl disposing the sludge outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed Note: (i) Contractor shall collect complaint slips from complaint cell of AGE B/R-II by 09:00 Hrs and ensure rectification of complaint and return the complaint slip duly signed by the Users within a working day. In case, the contractor fails to rectify the complaint within the specified period, recovery @ Rs. 500/- per day per complaint shall be affected from the contractor's dues.

Labour only for cleaning the Drain of any size or depth icluding removing clogged mud ,vegitation,etcand including taking dwon and refix the existing RCC cover slab if any and removed off the waste at a distance exc 500mtr but n.exc 1KM all as direcyed by the In cgarge.

Labour only for cleaning of RCC roofing or chajja etc with wire brush or broom or gunny bags and removing the waste material such as grass and debris from bldg upto 500m complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : For shedule item ser No : 70 to 80,The contractor will deploy his superviser to collect the compliants from AGE B/R-II complaint cell in morning 0900 o'clock and after completed in evening will return the complaint slip duly signed by user's in the compliant cell. No complaints will remains pending more than 06 hrs (Except major complaints which shall be addressed in 24 hrs) else necessary recovery will be made against contractor @ Rs. 300.00 per complaint.
