Shifting of the above mentiones stores from the existing stock to the required site of work (approx 20 to 25 mtrs distance) as directed by SK/AGE/GE. 2. Cleaning of the above stores by scrapper, wire brush, cotton waste etc as directed by SK/AGE/GE. Minor repair, if required to be carried out by contractor as directed by SK/AGE/GE 3. Cleaning by scrapper, wire brush, cotton waste etc, cleaning by turpentine oil and Greasing manually with grease Make-Castrol in Ser Item (ad) to (av) as directed by SK/AGE/GE 4. To be painting manually with painting brush with one coat of OG Paint (Make of paint ASIAN/NEROLAC) over a coat of Red Oxide Make ASIAN/NEROLAC as directed by SK/AGE/GE. All movable part to be functioning properly and all threads and holes for fitting of clamps and Pins to be cleaned/greasing properly. 5. Once the painting as mentioned 5 above is completed, marking of the parts listed in Para 1 (a) to (e) with white paint Grade-I (Make-ASIAN/NEROLAC) required to be carried out as direted by SK/AGE/GE. Pattern of marking will be as per sample. 6. Re-stacking the same after compleiton of work on proper dunnage as directed by SK/AGE/GE. 7. All material and cleaning material will be supplied by the contractor for maint. 8. Removal of all waste material, debris etc and cleaning of work site before closing the work. 9. All old material will be property of the department. 10. No T&P shall be provided by department.
