Regarding terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(HSR 30.9)

Providing and fixing of flexible vinyl sheet wall covering of 1.25 mm thick 100% recycled PVC flexible, homogeneous of total weigh 1900g/m² in sheet of size 1.83mx30 mtr. of approved make with PU surface treatment, fully resistant to impact with independent tests demonstrate that it inhibits the growth of MRSA on the wall to prevent any kind of infection and the clean room certification suitable for use in the Class 4 as per ISO 14644-1 1999. It should have good resistance to dilute acids and alkalis and should create safe and hygienic environment. The wall covering shall conform the fire rating Group 1, as per AS/NZS 3837. The vinyl wall covering shall be fixed with water based adhesive of approved brand and manufacturer as per direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete. (NS)
