Supply and fix CMRI certified LED flame proof 40watt bulkhead/ well glass luminaire die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass recommended for ammunition shed, IP 65 protection complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for GI strip 25mm x 4mm buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. connected upto test terminal point etc complete including fixing with saddles and screws for fixing porcelain/ epoxy insulators/ conduit/ pipe complete all as specified and directed.
Lightening Protection
Material and labour for plate earthing including taking down old earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60cmx 60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all sides and including GI strip 32x6mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipments etc at the other end, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x4mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with wire mesh, funnel and earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.79 herein before but Galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm
Material and labour in replacement for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3nos 8mm dia 25mm long, hexagonal head screw and connected to copper/ aluminium/ GI strips complete housed in a PVC junction box complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix ready made type PVC junction box IP 65 of size 200mm x 160mm x 98mm having shutter & lifting knob with provision of earthing strip entry glands and fixed the box on wall/ poles with suitable size of nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat Part No. K9250 of make Hensel or equivalent in Sintex or equivalent in specified makes.
Supply and lay in trenches / fixed to walls PVC super quality pipe 40mm dia heavy grade for protection of earth strip complete with all fittings fixing with suitable clamps at 0.5m span complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rates for flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
Supply and fix tubes, light grade, galvanized 40mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches/ fixed as AL rod stand post etc complete all as specified and directed

Air Conditioning
Dismantling of existing unserviceable AC plant of capacity 25 TR with 50% stand by complete with compressors, Electric motors, controls, monoblock pump set, cooling tower, electric panels , make up water tank, ducting, piping with all control valves, cables from electric panel to all equipment, AHU including breaking of foundation of existing plant etc and making good the distrubed surface of wallroof to match with existing and removing dismantled material from site and depositing to MES store complete all as specified and directed
Design, supply, install , commission and testing of air cooled air conditioning plant DX type to maintain the temperature at 23±50 C and humidity at 60±5% with 2 fresh air changes per hour, round the clock( for 24 hrs) with 50% stanby capacity at a explosive storage shed having dimensions 75.5mtx12.5mtx3.8mts in airforce station, Amla. ( The building has 5mts height with galvalum sheet covering and false ceiling with gypsum board at 3.8mt height). The capacity of AC plant is worked out 34TR by the department. However contractor has to visit the building to ascertain the heat loads based on user data sheet attached , type of construction and orientation of building, design the plant based on following parameters and execute the the work on approval by department. DETAILS AS PER APPENDIX 'A-1' to BOQ on ser page no . 28 & 29
Design, supply, fabricate and install air distribution system through insulated supply air ducts above false ceiling and diffusers. Contractor has to submit complete layout of ducts, sizes and pressure drop calculations for approval. It shall be ensured that air is distributed equally in entire hall and no hot spots exist. Return air shall be drawn through opening in the AHU room. Air distribution shall comprise of the following equipment and they will be measured and paid against each item DETAILS AS PER APPENDIX 'A-2' to BOQ on ser page no . 73

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTAINANCE
Comprehensive Maintanance of AC Plant Installed (in Shed No. 24) for a period of 12 Months as Specified (First Year after Expiry of Defects Liability Period).
Note :- (a) The Contractor/firm will produce the maintence schedule reqd for maintainaning the AC plant from OEM. (b) The maintenance schedule will strictly adhere to the schedule as advised by the OEM. The record for the same will be maintained. (c) The Contractor/firm will maintain all the plants is good working condition without any break down. Contractor in advised to maintain the vigorous maintenence schedule to avoid any breakdown and send the maintence person regularly and also strore the spare parts so that any breakdown is attended promptly . In case the Contractor is failed to maintain the AC in good working condition, Contractor will be liable to pay penalty to the department (Refer penally rates are reflected in PS). (d) The comprehensive maintenance schedule may includes all the spare parts/defective equipment including the consumable which are reqd for regular maintenance of the AC. The contractor will not claim anything extra for these equpt and also to bear all defects arising during the period. (e) 1ST year comprehensive maintenence shall start immedately after satisfactory completion of expriy of Defect liability period as certified by GE, which is included in the original contractor. (f) Comprehensive maint for first year after certified date of completion is deemed to be included in quoted rate of item pertainig to the AC plant which is to be provided by contractor. No extra payment shalll be made on this account.
