Earthwork in excavation in foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50m. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc. all compolete as per the specification or instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.8.1) For depth up to 1.5 mtrs.in all kinds of soil.

2.9.1) For soft rock up to 1.5 mtrs depth.

2.9.3) For hard rock up to 1.5 mtrs depth.( Blasting prohibated)

2.28) Surface dressing to micro levelling in all types of soil other than rock to a depth of not exceeding 30 cm including cutting and filling, levelling, ramming to the desired formation level. The work includes excavation in over areas and filling low lying areas within a lead of 50mtrs. as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

1.1.1) Transportation/carriage of balance excavated earth after back filling,building debrish,waste material,other garbage materials for disposal at the specified locations/areas,lead up to 2km as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.27) Filling of sand under floors in trenches, sides of foundations etc. including supply of sand and watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

4.1) Providing and laying plain cement concrete (using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand)at all depths below ground level,and up to plinth level, in foundations, fillings, non-suspended floors,for flooring,septic tank,plinth protection,pavement, including tamping, dewatering, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed by Engineer-in-Charge.in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc. all complete [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE]

4.1.3) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

4.1.13) P.C.C.1:2.5:4:11 (1 cement: 2.5 fly ash:4 course sand: 10 graded 40mm stone aggregate).

5.1.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in foundations up to plinth from any depth below ground level, beams,coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, landing, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc. including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.2.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in superstructure up to floor V level,roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, fins,bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc.in super structure at all heights including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.9) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, columns, suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, lintels, beams, chajjas, girders, bressumers, cantilevers, pillars, posts, struts and stair cases and all types of RCC work at any depth below ground level/up to all heights above ground level in any floor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.9.1) Foundation,footings,bases of columns..

5.22.4) Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C. work at all height and depths, carting the same from store / issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details, including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused / scrap / unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 4.17) Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth,etc. all completed as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

5.3) Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

5.15) Providing, hoisting and fixing upto all floor level pre-cast reinforced cement concrete in lintels, beams, bressummers, jalis,mouldings as in cornices, window sills, posts, struts and shelves etc. including finishing and plastering withcement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm on exposed surfaces to give a smooth & even surface,including centring, shuttering, and curing etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1;2:4(1 cement:2 finesand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm & down size) etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge . [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.]

06.02.03) Providing & laying brick masonry in foundation and plinth in any shape including all complete in Cement mortar (1Cement:6 sand), incuding cost of materials, all labours, curing, scaffolding etc. ( Ash bricks will be procured by the Agency and Cement will be issued free of cost at by Nalco from store )

06.03.03) Providing & laying Brick masonry in superstructure in any shape including scaffolding, staging, curing, all complete in Cement mortar (1 Cement:6 sand) up to a hight of floor V ( 20 metres from ground level). ( Ash bricks will be procured by the Agency and Cement will be issued free of cost at by Nalco from store )

6.13.2) Providing half brick masonary work in partition walls etc. for any depth below ground level/all heights above ground level, using 50 class designation brick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) including providing and fixing 2 nos. 8mm dia M.S.bars with annealed binding wire at every fourth course in cement mortar,with necessary scaffolding staging, curing, raking out joints etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(CEMENT & STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

7.1.1) Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

9.1.2) Providing,fabricating, & fixing seasoned salwoodworks in frames/ shutters of doors, windows, clerestory windows, false ceiling work and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including transportation from workshop to siteetc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

9.82) Providing and fixing of approved quality bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screwes,etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

9.21.1) Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202(Part-1) non-decoretive type,core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

9.53) Supplying,Providing and fixing of 40 x 5 mm flat iron hold fast 400 mm long including fixing to wooden frame with 10mm dia bolts,nuts and embedding in cement concrete block 300x100x150 mm with (1cement:3corse sand:6 stone aggregates of 20 mm & down size) mix concrete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

9.83) Providing and fixing of approved quality IS:3564 marked Aluminiun die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessoties and screwes etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing the following standarded anodised aluminium fittings of approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(STRUCTURAL STEEL/ALL MATERIALS WILL BE PROCURED BY THE AGENCY).

11.3.1) Providing and laying 40mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone 20mm and below size aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry at top,curing work,shuttering etc. but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

11.41.2) Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of sizes 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% of 1st quality ( i.e. johnson/kajaria/RAK or equivalent) conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.] .

11.36) Providing & laying Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (i.e. johnson/kajaria/RAK or equivalent) 5mm thick in platforms, skirting,toilet walls etc.laid on bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 coarse sand), applying cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm ,including supply of required white cement/colour pigment,curing, finished with flush pointing in white cement etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.] .

11.39) Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles (i.e. Johnson /kajaria/RAK or equivalent) of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White,Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge.

13.16.1) Providing and laying 6 mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) on concrete/masonry surfaces including cleaning , hacking concrete surfaces, scaffolding , providing drip mould if required, watering, curing etc. complete for all heights etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

13.1.2) Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding,curing up to 7 days etc. all complete for all height/depth etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

13.2.2) Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plasterof cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type of sand including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding including curiing up to 7 days etc., all complete for all height etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )

13.37.1) Providing and applying white wash of 3 coats on new work on walls,ceiling of roof,stair cases, with lime of approved quality to give an even shade after cleaning and smoothening the surface thoroughly etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

13.26) Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engg.-In-Charge.

13.42.1) Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper( ready mixed ) of approved make, after applying one coat of cement primer on walls and ceiling etc. of approved brand and manufacture on new work with approved shade to give an even shade complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, as per manufacture's specification,including scaffolding,all complete. Area must be cleaned off spilled paints etc. after completion of painting works.

13.46.1) Providing and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint approved make & shade on walls etc. by applying @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm, to give an even shade after removing the foreign particle with wire brush etc. ( where ever required) on new work as specified at all heights including all labour , tools , tackles scaffolding , consumables and materials required for the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

13.80) Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

13.61.1) Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades on all types of surface like steel / wood / concrete / plaster / for letterings etc. all complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge ,including the cost of all materials,scaffoldings, tools, tackles and labours.

17.2.1) Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :

17.7.9) Providing & fixing white vitreous china Surgeon type wash basin (round /oval shape) of size 660x460 mm with C.I. brackets painted in white, with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps with elbow operated levers ISI marked (of reputed brand i.e. parryware/jaguar/cera/hindware/kohler) ,32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern,C.P.brass chain with rubber plug, 32mm dia meter CP brass trap & unions complete ,including cutting & making good the walls wherever required etc. all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.35.3) Supplying and applying anti termite Treatment of soil by using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with soil :(including the cost of chemical emulsion and delivery) as specified or as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge.

19.21.1) For pipes 100 to 230 mm diameter.

22.14.1) Providing and laying grading concrete with (1 cement:2 corse sand:4 graded stone aggrgates of 20 mm and down size) on roof with required thickness as directed by Engineer in charge, finished with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3: and neat cement punning,including cleaning the surface,curing up to 15 days,at all hight/any floor,etc complete. 18.62.1) Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore, PTMT Ball cock, 105 mm long, weighing not less than 138 gms,of approved quality, colour and make complete with Epoxy coated aluminium rod with L.P./ H.P.H.D.plastic ball etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

15.3) Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

9.119) Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

9.118.3) 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places.

9.70) Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges with stainless steel screws etc. all completed as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge.:

15.7) Demolishing brick work In cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

21.1) Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with fixing of roller/ hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately)

21.1.2.2) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

21.2.2) Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board ( with decorative lamination on both sides) conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

21.3.2) Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

15.17) Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead etc. all complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.

15.17.2) Channels, angles, tees, flats and tubular pipes.etc.

15.28.2) Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of : Asbestos sheet
