ROAD WORK

Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a depth of 50 mm by Mechanical Means- Scarifying the existing Bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters

Compaction of Earth work - Compaction of earth work & preparation of sub grade including loosening, leveling of earth 225mm thick top layer, rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level, camber, watering, rolling with road roller, compacting the bed to achieve minimum dry density as given in the table 300-2 as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications. (In case of link roads earth work to be done by villagers)

Providing and laying factory made rubber moulded smooth finish cement concrete Kerb M-20 grade 200 mm high with bottom width 165 mm and top width 115 mm made over strong vibratory table and fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per MORT&H specification

FLOORING & DADOS

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paving blocks of M-35 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped toa strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63-2014 and of approved size and design/shape laid in ordinary grey colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra cost for using darker fast shade for interlocking pavers Tiles of any shape & thickness instead of grey colours.

PLASTERING AND POINTING

WHITE WASHING, DISTEMPERING, PAINTING & POLISHING

Finishing walls with cement based water soluble exterior paint such as snowcem, robbiacem etc. two or more coats to give an even shade.

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade.

Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using Acrylic Wall Putty by applying two or more coats to get required finish including priming coat to make an even surface before applying Acrylic Wall puttyon new plastered surface. Complete as per specifications

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade (two or more coats)

STEEL AND IRON WORK

Structured steel work in angles, tees, flats, riveted, including cutting, fixing all gusset plats, bolts, nuts, rivets etc, with hoisting and erecting in position for roof truss, well curbs, plate girders etc. of any span for building for bridges upto 15M span

HOISTING , ROOFING AND WATER PROOFING

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC Rain Water pipes single socketed U-PVC pipes (working pressure 4 kgf./sqcm) pipe 110 mm dia

Tack coat @ 0.25 kg per sqm (a) providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface/granular surface treated with prime coatafter cleaning the surface complete as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications

Bituminous concrete 30 mm to 45 mm thickness (Grading II) (b) Proividing and Laying Bitum,inous concrete 30 mm to 45 mm thick with continuous type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4%, laying with the Paver finisher mechanical to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of MORT&H specifications

WOODWORK

Chowkarts of commercial hard wood such as Hollock confirming to ISI specification no 1003 m kiln seasoned of doors and windows including iron hold fasts, corner straps cleats, stops, bolts for hold fasts etc, complete fixed in position Single Rebate (60 mm X 100 mm)

Factory manufactured solid flush door fixed in position iron hinges, etc (excluding the coat of any fittings other than specified above but including labour for fixing the same in position code: IS 2202-1 (1999): Decorative with elm or gurjan facing on one side and teak facing on the other side edges lipped with teak with laminated core 30 mm thick
