Earthwork in excavation over areas by mechanical/mannual means at all depths in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravels, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, all types of laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fissured/ shattered/ decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials as described under appendix to these specifications whether in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiselling, wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil at all lifts, including pumping or bailing out water as directed by the Engineer on site including segregating the excavated earth along with crushed rock pieces of size 75mm and below and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer within a lead of 50mt and all lift and including breaking of excavated rock into boulders of size ranging from 150mm to 300mm and stacking the broken boulders at a place specified by the Engineer on site etc. complete

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) minimum Fe 415 grade steel including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and alying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M30 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction using 3 ton roller and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer. Additional cost for coloured paver blocks. (d)Orange.

Steel work in single sections (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG & using electrodes of Ador or ES4B or Deh Secheron make only) including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. (b) In flats of all sizes.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (Johnson, Somany, Kajaria )conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sq.m including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
