HIGH MAST:

Supply of 16Mtr high Hot Deep Galvanized Fix Type Stadium Mast in two sections suitable for 180 Kwm/hrs wind speed, Mast shall be suitable to carry 9 NOS. OF 320W LED Flood light fittings. The mast should include proper ladder to access the light fixtures, junction box, lightening finial & foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template & LED type twin dome aviation obstruction Light.

Construction of shallow RCC foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour. Installation of the Stadium mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor, lugs, MCB Control box and all labour & hot dip spike earthing. Also antitermite treatment have to done during installation.

Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Polygonal pole-

Supply of Hot Dip Galvanized Steel polygonal pole ( with end cap ) 12Mtr long, 3mm and above thickness. The pole section shall be conformed relevant latest IS code.

Installation of 12Mtr polygonal pole with suitable foundation with M25 grade concrete including foundation bolts etc as per pre approved foundation drawing.

Supply and fixing of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm on 12Mtr pole for suitable fixing arrangement of 04 Nos flood light including painting with primer etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply of 1.1 kV grade XLPE insulated and overall sheathed stranded aluminum conductor, steel strip armoured cable conforming to IS: 1554/7098 part I of following sizes. 3.5C x 25 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning , protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. (Upto 35 SQ. MM)

Supply & fixing of PVC junction box with suitable busbars for controling 6-16 A SP MCB for pole , making complete the cable-loop connection etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5C X 25sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

LED Light Fitting

Supply and fixing of LED Flood light 300 to 320 watt. LED Flood Light luminaire with a nominal system lumen output 36000 lumen and a system efficacy of 110 lumen/watt. The Luminaire shall have a rated system lifetime of 50000 burning hour @ L70B50 at 35 deg C ambient temperature. Correlated Colour Temperature (CCT) of Luminaire should not be less than 5000K and Colour Rendering Index (CRI) should not be less than 75 .The luminaire shall have a IP65 rating and IK08 alongwith the surge protection having a provision of protection upto 10kV. The power factor should be greater than 0.9 and THD < 20%. Light distribution of luminaire should be of symmetric wide beam and optics should be anti-dust exposed lenses . The luminaires housing shall be made of non-corrosive high pressure ADC with corrosion resistant powder coating. Max 5 step binning should be allowed to avoid hotspots. The luminaire should consist of potted LED Driver with BIS approval certificate. The driver should be fully integrated with efficiency of more than 85%. The luminaire sould be able to operate at an ambient of (-) 40 deg C to (+) 50deg C ambient. Gear cover designs with tool less open button to reduce the installation and maintenance time. The electrical insulation class should be of Class I category . The Upward Light Ratio for the entire illumination system should not be more than 3% . The luminaire should be completely integrated and no modular part should not be their to avoid gathering of dust. The maintenance factor consider during lux level calculation should be 0.85 . Philips Make "BVP383 LED360/CW 320W 220-240V SWB GM or equivalent in other approved makes. Type Test Report from a NABL accredited LAB should be submitted accordingly For Lawn Tennis court( maintenance factor 0.85,Upward Light Rating 5%)with pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant toughened flat glass (IP 65) complete with All respect.

Installation of the feeder pillar (to be provided by IITP ) with suitable foundation by grouting the stand in concrete.
