Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas on all depths and widths including getting out and disposal of all excavated earth in all leads, lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a). Ordinary rock.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

a) 1:5:10 (one Cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, ifnishing and reinforcement work up to plinth level with 1.1.5:3 (one cement : one and half sand : three stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) in foundation and plinth etc. Complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one & half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

a). Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

b). Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : Six sand) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a). 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised / chromium plated M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete :etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.a). 80 x 1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D, F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment). a). Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing & fixing 4 mm thick glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (one cement : four sand) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge a)25 mm thick (twenty five milimetre)

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(TATA/ JINDAL MAKE)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

15 mm (fifteen milimetre thick) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade with New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint on new wood/steel of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a)Two or more coats on new work

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within all leads etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in–charge. a). Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within all lead in Channels, angles, tees and flats etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in–charge:

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within all leads of etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a). G.S. Sheet

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Of area 3 sq. metres and below
