Renovation to Batijore MIP in Kesinga Block of Kalahandi District for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing jungles including uprooting tank vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviciable material and stacking of useful materials with supply of all labour T & P and all taxes as per prevailing norm etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading , unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kind of soil excluding Disintigrated rock, moorum. stoney earth, gravel etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum in size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3M in depth and as directed by EIC within all leads and lfits from the place of excavation etc complete excluding GST as directed by Engineer in Charge..

Dismenaling Removing old revetment/ hard stone in approns and revetments to all heights and repacking with old stone of approved quality etc complete excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing wall painting two coats with any approved weather seal coat paint including all cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of materials includig labour etc complete excluding GST as directed by Engineer in Charge

Earth work in excavation for foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed to proper slope and level making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts including dewatering from foundation if necessary complete as directed by the Engr.-in-Charge.

Cement concrete in M15 grade using 20 mm down graded size crusher broken granite metal of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin and foreign materials including mixing the materials by use of concrete mixtures and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 0.15 m in depth to required level curing vibrating with vibrators, finishing etc with all leads lifts and delifts complete in all respect to proper profile and leveling including dewatering if necessary and cost, conveyance and royalty and other taxes etc of materials including hire & running charges of the machineries complete as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. ( Excluding cost of MS rod)

Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20 mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite stone agreegates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin , quarry debris and foreign materials using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level , compacting in layers with vibrator and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time , providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost , conveyance, royalty and other taxesof all materials , ( excluding cost , carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting , bending , binding and fixing of M.S. rod ) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc. with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machinaries , T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the HYSD bars and placing in position as reinforcement and anchoring including lapping where necessary, cost of HYSD bars & binding wire with all leads, lifts for bending yard to placement point including cost, conveyance, labour, T&P & all taxes required for this item etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid and smooth centering & shuttering for RCC and CC work and dismentaling then after casting including cost conveyance royalty and all other taxes of all materials with all labour T & P materials and depositing the debries clear of the work site with all leads & lifts completed in all respect etc complete excluding GST as directed by Engineer in Charge..

Filling in foundation & plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming with all leads, lifts and delifts including making arrangements for carriage of water and with cost,conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF and add charges of all materials, labour required for the work etc. excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
