STBR/SOPD-G/Jalukbari-42/81 Constrution of Bishnu Jyoti Nagar Road including Load Bearing Drain under SOPD-G for the year 2025-26

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

By Mix in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density ( with an initial lead of 5.0 km. ) WBM Gr. III

Providing and laying Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS:15658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per technical specification and as directed. 80mm thick interlocking precast blocks having compressive strength of 40N/sq.mm.

Excavation for Structures (Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification,Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matterial and disposal upto lead of 50m,, dressing of sides and bottom,backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. ordinary soil upto 3m depth.

Providing and laying Dry rubble Flooringcomplete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1303.3.

Providing concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 &1203.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT( Fe500 D) reinforcement bar ( From primary Producer TATA/SAIL/Esser Steel/ Jindal/ Shyam steel/RINL) in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1000 and 1202

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7.
