Painting of Steel structure, Equipment, Driers as per scope of work

Supply of paints and painting two coat with Heat resistant Aluminium paint of 250 degree C over the existing painted surface of steel structural including all steel scaffolding, staging and all safety arrangements in running plant and other building and thorough scrapping and cleaning the surface in all heights upto 15m from floor level for dryers 33 meters for chimney without affecting the plant operations, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting Two coat with Heat resistant Aluminium paint of 600 degree C over the existing painted surface of steel structural including all steel scaffolding, staging and all safety arrangements in running plant and other building and thorough scrapping and cleaning the surface in all heights upto 15m from floor level without affecting the plant operations, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting one coat with Enamel paint over a coat of Zinc-chromate/ zinc-phosphate primer over the existing painted surface of steel structural including all steel scaffolding, staging and all safety arrangements in running plant and other building and thorough scrapping and cleaning the surface in all heights upto 15m from floor level without affecting the plant operations, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting one coat with Chlorinated rubber paint over a coat of Chlorinated Zinc-phosphate primer over the existing painted surface of steel structurals including all steel scaffolding, staging and all safety arrangements in running plant and other building and thorough scrapping and cleaning the surface in all heights upto 15m from floor level without affecting the plant operations, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting one coat with Chlorinated Rubber paint over the existing painted surface of steel structural, like platforms, ladders etc, and Equipments like conveyors, elevators, bins, tanks, pipes, Separators etc including all steel scaffolding, staging and all safety arrangements in running plant and other building and thorough scrapping and cleaning the surface in all heights upto 15m from floor level without affecting the plant operations, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
