Disconnecting electrical connection from the starter/panel for submersible pump set upto 12.5 HP capacity taking up motor and pump set including coloumn pipe from bore well for flushing of borewell,repair of unserviceable submersible pump & motor, replacement/cleaning of coloumn pipe, replacement of submersible cable and after repair of motor,pump/replacement of column pipe/replacement of submersible cable,flushing work, reinstalling the same and making necessary electrical connection and lowering the pump and motor including transporting testing and commissing etc all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. M&L for development of bore well of any capacity and size not more than 110 meters deep at the pressure not less than 6 kgs/sqcm by diesel engie driven air compressor of capacity 450 cfm includiing air pipe and connected items to improve the yield of tube well and cleaning/flushing the bore well till the water is become free from any mud and clear for portable complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. (Note : development of bore well shall be carried out by lowering 100mm dia GI pipe and air pressure pipe to be lowered in 100 mm GI pipe to protect the casing pipe of bore well from excess air pressure and it shall be arrange in such a way that discharge of water and mud flow through 100 mm dia GI pipe and not through bore well casing pipe).

M&L for development of bore well of any capacity and size not more than 110 meters deep at the pressure not less than 6 kgs/sqcm by diesel engie driven air compressor of capacity 600 cfm includiing air pipe and connected items to improve the yield of tube well and cleaning/flushing the bore well till the water is become free from any mud and clear for portable complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. (Note : development of bore well shall be carried out by lowering 100mm dia GI pipe and air pressure pipe to be lowered in 100 mm GI pipe to protect the casing pipe of bore well from excess air pressure and it shall be arrange in such a way that discharge of water and mud flow through 100 mm dia GI pipe and not through bore well casing pipe).

M&L for packing pea gravel of size as per IS of naturel shape brougt directly from river bed and packing during development of bore well complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MS in repair column pipe heavy duty (ERW) of size 80 mm with wall thicknes 5.04mm, length 3.0 mtr , both ends flanged conforming to IS 1239 (Part-I) 1979 incl painted with two coat of black bitumenous paint over a coat of bitumenus primer in internally & externally (suitable for drinking purpose).

Supply and fixing MS column pipe heavy duty (ERW) of size 50 mm with wall thicknes 5.04mm, length 3.0 mtr , both ends flanged conforming to IS 1239 (Part-I) 1979 incl painted with two coat of black bitumenous paint over a coat of bitumenous primer externally. (suitable for drinking purpose).

M&L for cleaining and descaling the column pipe of bore as available at site by wire brush incl painting the column pipe with two coats of black bitumenous paint over a coat of bitumenous primer (suitable for drinking water) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Boring of holes under road/pavement hard standing up to 3mtr depth by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and using GPRS technique for without damaging nearby existing pipe lines, gas pipe lines, power cables, sewage lines etc and necessary machine for laying/ insertion of HDPE pipe 100MM Dia PN-10 working pressure for casing jointing the pipes with clamp, socketed joints, reducers etc & testing, commissioning also with complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The cost of HDPE pipes 100mm, GPRS and ultra sound technique are deemed to be included in this unit quoted rate.

Supply & fixing in replacement Gland Packing suitable for sluice valves upto 250 mm dia size as per requirement & directed.
