Reinforcement cement concrete work in columns, pillars,post and struts etc up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but exluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement.a) M20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
