Supplying, erecting and fixing pre-stressed concrete pole 11 metre long, cross section 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom class-9 including zebra painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, black & white strips upto 1.5mtr height from top of PCC coping in 30cm alternate block and numbering of poles complete all as specified. Note :- PCC and earth work shall be measured & paid for separately

Supply and fixing switch air break gang operated out door type HT 11 KV triple poles 400 Amps with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechanically operating from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulator on steel frame operating rod made out of 25mm GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangement with 12 insulators with test complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) MS Clamps, nuts, bolts required to fixing on pole shall be measured and paid seperately. (b) Cost of MCB shall be included in above rate.

Earthing complete for transformer/LT Panels with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm in and including GI pipe 40mm bore light grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm(top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and angle iron frame including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Supplying, installing, commissioning & testing pumping set centrifugal type electric driven complete capacity 5 HP complete all as specified and directed Note : Contractor shall furnish two years guarantee from the manufacturers/ dealer. The rate quoted shall deemed to include for the same.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing cast iron air release valve with two air outlet, conforming to IS : 14845 of size 80mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply main line of size 100mm dia complete all as specified.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION WORKS

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm with & including GI pipe 40mm bore light grade as protection pipe (upto the body of equipment max 7.50 metre) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), testing on completion including PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC M-25 (Design mix) cover, angle iron frame and necessary earth work complete all as specified with the following :- (a) Test point GI for size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode upto MS funnel with bras wire mesh embedded in floor of PCC earth pit. The unit rate shall include for protection pipe GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, test point, GI strip of size 32 x 6mm from the earth plate and upto metallic body of the quipment/ panel board etc. 2. PCC pit shall be provided at least 0.50 metres away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junction elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. 3. (ii) Foundation for mounting of DG set shall be done as per manufacturer design within overall cost quoted. (iii) DG Set of capacity 100 KVA has been kept at site and the same shall be handed over to the contractor through proper inventory.

Supply and fixing SICT of commercial air curtain unit for prevention of dust and conditioned air losses,three phase 440 volts 50 HZ, made out of MS/CRCA sheet min thickness 18 gauge finished with two coat of red oxide primer and final coat of synthetic enamel paint (over backed) with MS-CRC 18 gauge square perforated suction grills, aluminum alloys fans and single phase electric motor, nozzles etc,complete with fittings and accessories so as to produce 1-1.5m/sec air velocity at floor level for door opening of size 64"x 90" complete all as specified and as directed.

(ix) Supply laying/fixing testing and commissioning the following nominal sizes of chilled plumbing pipes MS 'C' class as per IS 1239 inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fitting like valves, flanges union etc but excluding valves, strainer guages etc) cut to required lengths and welded at joints and inclusive of accessories like elbows, tees, reducers socket etc including insuating with 25 mm (for all pipes) and 13 mm (for drain pipe) thick closed cell chemically across linked fire retardant polyethylene foam insulation of density 30 Kg/cum. The thermal conductivity of the material should not exceed 0.035W/Mk at an average temp of 40 deg C, covered with aluminium faced foil complete with application with rubber based adhesive pidilite SR 998 and 50 mm x 3 mm thick self adhesive tape on both longitudinal & traverse joints simultaneouslyy all as specified:- (a) 100 mm dia MS pipes (x) Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), double layered, 500 litres capacity, hoisted and fixed in position and totally insulated with 50 mm thick fibre glass wool density 48 Kg/Cum, covered with polythene sheet faced hessian cloth, GI chicken wire mesh and protected with 28 gauge aluminum foil cladding all as specified in SSR Part-I, complete including suitable size float valve, overflow vent, drain vent ect all as speciifed and directed - 01 No.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testng of LT indoor type FP 65 panel board (factory made of approved CPRI) of size not less than 150cmx100cmx50cm fabricaated of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick rust proof, powder coated from both side, individual door factory locking system with two side ventilation suitable for working on 440V, 50Hz AC supply including Bus bar chamber and copper bus of capacity 400 Amps rating for phase and neutral mounted on hygroscopic insulator fixed in refarate bus bar chamber, separate compentment for incoming and outgoing feeder prewired with suitable size of copper conductor cable including fitted on 50x50x6xcm angle iron channel & 04 Nos angle iron legs with PCC foundation 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate & provn of lugs & bushing for housing the following:- (i) Electrolite copper bus bar 400 amps for phase & neutral - 04 Nos (ii) MCCB 4P 400 Amps, 35 KA - 01 No (Incomiing) (iii) MCCB 4P 400 Amps, 35 KA- 01 (Outgoing for AC Plant) (iv) Multi functional digital voltmeter and ampere meter including suitable and appropriate CTs - 01 Set (v) Indicator lamp (LED R-Y-B) - 01 Set

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm with & including GI pipe 40mm bore light grade as protection pipe (upto the body of equipment max 7.50 metre) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), testing on completion including PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC M-25 (Design mix) cover, angle iron frame and necessary earth work complete all as specified with the following :- (a) Test point GI for size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode upto MS funnel with bras wire mesh embedded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI funnel should properly tightened on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits. (c) PCC earth pit 30cm x 30cm constructed in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) plaster including RCC pit cover 25mm thick with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover.

(d) Angle iron frame made of 40 x 40 x 4mm angle iron for 30 x 30mm PCC pit for holding the pit cover. Note :- 1. The unit rate shall include for protection pipe GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, test point, GI strip of size 32 x 6mm from the earth plate and upto metallic body of the quipment/ panel board etc. 2. PCC pit shall be provided at least 0.50 metres away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junction elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. 3. RCC pit cover shall be 80mm thick RCC M-25 (Design mix) reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kg/sqm.

MANNING AND OPERATION OF AIR CONDITIONING PLANT WORKS (SCH 'A' PART-XVII)

Manning and operation of Air conditioning plant and DG set during defect liability period of 12 months from the actual date of completion including operation of DG Set, compressors, condensers, AHU Unit, cooling tower ,pipe line, pumps including operation of valves complete by providing/ Deploying all required supervisory, Technical Staff and required number of Helper but minimum as following :- (i) Refrigeration mechanic - 02 Nos per shift of 08 Hrs (ii) Helper - 02 Nos per shift of 08 Hrs Notes :- (a) Quantity is variable and shall be calculated actually for 12 months period of completion as given. (b) The operator shall be ITI certificate holder from recognized board having minimum two year experience in similar Job/ trade in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with 2 year experience in relevant field, responsible for plant operation and maintenance round the clock including Sunday and Holiday. (c) Helper to assist the refrigeration mechanic (minimum 10th pass) responsible for AC Plant/ Parts cleaning, cleaning surrounding area and carry necessary T&P from smooth functioning of plant, operation and maint around the clock including Sunday and Holiday. (d) The contractor shall submit name of persons to be deployed at work alongwith their qualifications and experience for approval from GE before the date of commencement of work. (e) Subsequently action for verification of antecedents of the persons to be deployed shall be taken by the contractor and submit the same to Engineer-in-Charge/ GE within 07 days from the date of commencement of work (f) Cleaning of area in and around pump houses & common areas (viz cutting of grass & disposal of debris) are deemed to be included in the scope of the work. Default if any noticed in duty of cleaning, recovery will be imposed as per clause specified in the Particular Specifications. (g) Per shift shall be of 08 Hrs
