Filling the basement upto floor level using gravel well watered and consolidated in foundation and basement in layers complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Supplying and filling of M sand well watered and consolidated in foundation and basement in layers complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete.

Providing P.C.C 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal for foundation and Basement as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, laed, lift, etc., complete.

Providing P.C.C 1:2:4 using 20mm HBG metal for foundation and Basement as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, laed, lift, etc., complete.

Providing floor finish with double charged vitrified tiles of size 600x600 x8mm of approved make, colour and pattern over 20mm thick Cement mortar 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement as directed by the Enginer incharge at site including cutting chase in walls wherever required, cost of all materials labour charges, lead, lift, curing, T&P, etc., complete.

Brick work in CM 1:4 using Fly ash Bricks of size 23x11x7cm for basement and super structure as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick in two layers for interior and exterior surfaces of all walls as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Painting two coats over existing plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat,including thorough srapping,clean removal of diret, etc, complete and including necessary plaster of paris,putty,wherever required as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt,lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Painting Two coats old wood work with enamel paint as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt,lead, lift, T&Ps, etc.,complete.

Painting the steel work with two coats of approved quality & colour Satin / Matt finish enamel paint over a coat of primer of red oxide as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt,lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Wiring with 2x1.50 (22/0.3) sq.mm.PVC unsheathed SC copper cable of 1100V. Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with T.W switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light and fan point.( For electronic regulator) ( 6 points per coil) as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

(56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 63mm TW switch box for 15A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point.as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of 20W 4 feet LED fitting with LED of Philips / equivalent make on wall / ceiling as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan confirming to ISS 374 /1979 (Bajaj / Crompton / Usha / equivalent make) complete with stepped electronic square modular type regulator with 300w regulater, 1m down rod on the existing clamp as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of 450mm (18") sweep (light duty) AC exhaust fan complete with necessary wall opening and making good of the wall (as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Supplying and laying of 160mm dia PVC Pipe (6kg/cm2) of approved make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials all specials such as Tees, Elbow, shoes, Special clamps, bends, screws, gratings, etc., making holes in masonry / concrete, restoring the disturbed area to original condition, making water tight jointing with no leakage, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.
