Safe cartage of ST poles 11 Mtr Long from ESC, SRE/JE store to site of work at various sites including loading & unloading at both ends.(Dist. Up to 50 Km.)

Safely cartage of other complete line material Including 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x120 sq mm 1450 mtr from ESC, SRE JE store/Contractor store to site of work at various sites including loading, unloading at both ends Dist. App . 0 to 50 Km.)

Erection of single support on ST poles up to 11 Mtr. long with complete fitting of all accessories of 11 KV lines as per RESPO specification.

Erection of double on ST poles up to 11 Mr Long with complete fatting with all accessories as per RESPO specification.

Fixing of 11 KV stay rods by digging of pits in block of 600X600X300 mm. & with new brick and nozzling of stay wire 7/10 SWG and fitting the same on the pole.

Concreting of ST poles SP-55 with cement concreting in bolck of 600X600X1500 MM. in ratio 1:4:8 with cement , sand and brick ballast size 1"x1.5" with plinth as per RESPO specification .

Off shooting of tree branches louching the 11 KV line .

Making of brackets with MS channel (100x100x50 mm)/MS Angle (50x50x6 mm) with making required size 16 mm holes.

Providing of black hexagonl bolts full theaded with proper size nut bolt 16x175 mm on STP pole.

Providing of 6 mm thick HDPE pipe 150 mm OD PN-4, PE-80 Grade UV stablised HDPE pipe as per 15:4984m 06 meter dia for laying by tranchess method.

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x120 sq.mm. in to the undet trenchless method.

Providing and filling the cable jointing kit indore & outdoor type size 3x120 sq mm as per RESPO specification

Safely cartage of CT/PT unit from ESC store to site of work including loading & unloading at both ends

Safely cartage of 11 KV Pilfer proofm meetering quibecable from ESC store to site of work including loading & unloading at both ends

Safe installation of CT/PT unit on the double pole with complete fittings including making connections and commissioning

Groughting of 11 KV Pilfer proofm meetering quibecable with cemmented angel chanal and installation with proper connection.
