Providing and fixing of precast kerb stone on various PWD Roads in Nani Daman. (2nd call)

Providing and fixing pre-cast concrete Kerb Stone of grey cement based concrete block as per approved design and including fixing in proper line and level with by providing a mortar C:M 1:3 (1cement : 3fine sand) for levelling, kerb like Half Battered, Chamfered type, Dropper, Radius Kerbs, Angle, Bullnose, and Quadrant Kerbs etc. complete as per drawing. The rate shall include preparation of foundation with dismantling of road surface with cutting machine to the required depth and excavation in Soil/BT/WMM/GSB etc. with manual labour, including 100mm thick PCC M:15 in base below kerb stone and haunched with backing concrete PCC M:15 to both side of kerb to support kerb to the required height including formwork if required, including chemical for all joints filling of the kerb stones, including core cutting in Kerb stone 150 mm dia to a distance 7 to 10 mt c/c as required (Kerb stone size 60 cm length, 30cm height and 15cm thick of M-25 grade concrete, Sample prepared and must be approved prior to execution of work), all complete per technical specifications, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Kerb painting with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Make:- Apex Ultima Plastic exterior emulsion paint of Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac as approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Applyig priming coat paint (one coat) over the wall surface including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Make:- Exterior Wall Primer of Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac or as approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying shot blasted interlocking/non-interlocking, Grey/ Colored brick type paver blocks of 60 mm thick M-40 grade machine made and the finished surface of the Paver Block shall have Coarse Sand Texture Finish blasting by automatic shot blasting machine and high density as per approved sample for footpath, parking areas, service lanes and other areas as mentioned in the drawing. Including providing and laying 25 mm thick average bedding layer of fine sand zone below paver block as per required grading and specification. Laid paver block shall be mechanically compacted. The work of the paving blocks shall be executed in line and level. Paver blocks shall be compacted and shall be re-laid if necessary. (make Vyara, PM Pavers or as approved by engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed cement concrete grade M:15 (minimum cement content 240 kg/cum) sand : stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth work and for bed for paver block etc. including compacting with vibrators, curing and cost of formwork for line level etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
