Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Grass pavers : Providing and laying 450x450x80 mm thickperforated pavers on 150 mm thick sub grade of compacted bed thick soil, including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and finishing smooth etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stepping stones: It can be a focal point, acting as a prominent feature that ties garden elements together, break up expanses of turf and accentuate attractive landscape area. Installing a pathway using steppers instead of paving a large area is less expensive and preserves the natural look of the landscape. Aside from all the common aesthetic benefits of stepping stones, they also play an important role in stabilising soil, minimising wear in turf and providing a safe, attractive way to traverse slopes

Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly,breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood,trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Supplying and spreading of sand in lawn area, including watering, and dressing complete.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost ofmanure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)

RAINBOW STAND : A meteorological phenomenon, a mythical emblem, folkloric inspiration and a symbol of modern design. The beauty of the rainbow is very fascinating, majestic, and intriguing.Rainbows actually have no end. It appears as half semi-circles or an arch, but they are actually full circles.Hence the VIBGYOR of the rainbow stands true to the 7 young souls who would scintillate in the sky through the water crystals .The design is proposed to have 7 -arch shaped trellis depicting the rainbow and each arch representing the young souls.The trellis are proposed at the approach of the pathway which guides one to the landscaped court.A trellis is an architectural structure, usually made from an open framework or lattice of interwoven or intersecting pieces of wood, bamboo or metal that is normally made to support and display climbing plants, especially shrub. TREE OF LIFE : The tree of life is a common idea in cultures throughout the world. It represents, at times, the source of life, a force that connects all lives, or the cycle of life and death itself. In science the tree of life is often used as a metaphor for the connection between the diversity of all life on Earth. The themes associated with each tree, however – wisdom and immortality – are connected in other ancient myths. The design is proposed to have 7 –tree shaped landscaped frame depicting the 7 young souls.The framework are proposed along side the pathway that are interconnected with stepping stones .The structure is an organic extension of the garden and functions as a shed, with vegetation growing on top. Its inspiration is derived from a tree.( excluding horticulture Work )

SWAPTA SWARA : A swara is a musical note (or tones) in an octave. There are 7 musical notes in Carnatic Music, called the Sapta (seven) Swaras (musical notes). Swaras are like alphabets of a language. Each Swara has its unique sound, and by combining those sounds we get melody.
