Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar.

M&L Fly ash brick 75 kg/cmsq compressive strength. Modular size , straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Ditto as per item No. 2 but except brick. Note : All type bricks retrieved from item No. 01 will be used.

M&L for boulder pitching ,grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 with random rubble complete all as directed.

Ditto as per Item No. 04 but except stone grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 with random rubble complete all as directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed ,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted,built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and direcetd.

Ditto as per item No. 06 but except stone built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble masonary built in CM 1:4 including racking out joints in existing stone masonry complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L 15mm thick for rendering fair faces of brick work or Concrete surface in CM (1:4) mixed with Liquid water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement at any height including necessary scaffolding ladder, formwork etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compund shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work finished even and fair complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc., over a coat of alkali resistance primer and applying two coat cement base paint complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc., and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L two coats of oil emulsion distemper on wall newly plasterd surfaces over a coat of chalk white primer complete including prepatation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced of any description & any position and disposing of the rubbish materials in low lying areas of defence land all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone agreaget as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for . water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description & any position and disposing of the rubbish materials in low lying areas of defence land all as specified and as directed.

M&L steel reinforecement TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends, binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L steel reinforecement TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends, binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforcement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Fire symbol board, walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached plaster and buttresses complete all as specified.

Supply & Fix PVC soil, waste and rain water (SWR) drainage pipes 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes in any length , laid in trenches Including taking down pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase raillings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc., vertical or to batter, flat surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surface of wall of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise describe and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified including cracks filling with exterior wall care putty where ever necessary and as specified and directed

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, roman, italic or indian) not exceeding 30cm height with thick synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concete (unreinforced) as in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness below or above GL

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-I (20mm graded aggregate), as in top layer, finished fair and even complete all as directed.

M & L for 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (40mm graded aggregate), as in top finished fair and even complete all as directed

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in plinth protection 75mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Forming 12mm thick expension joint by mechanical utter filled with preformed bituminous filler board and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' for thickness of concrete slab 100 mm thick.

Ditto as per item No 32 but slab thickness 150mm.

S&F for Wire netting of galvanised steel wire (Chicken mesh) netting 0.91mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc in walls, celling, stanchions, beams etc including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
