Urgent Mechanical repairing works of 100mm dia rising main to be carried out at WSS Ganai Mohalla Humhama

WSS Ganai Mohalla Humhama Repairs to 100 mm dia GI rising main laid along the Humhama Budgam road by way of:- a) The job includes getting road cut permission from concerned territorial PHE division and R & B division for hassle free execution of work. b) Earth work excavation at leaking spots. The job includes cost on account of tools, tackles, skilled labour / JCB/ Hammer drilling / welding process whichever is feasible at site. c) Excavation = 4ft x 4ft x5ft = 80 cubic ft =2.264cum x 3spots = 6.79 cum d) Inspection of leaking spots to assess the cause and extent of damages. e) Repairs by way of Provided /Fitted of fresh rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts. The job includes welding of cracked pipes /flanges wherever necessary by arrangement of welding sets, tools, and tackles shifted to site, with least inconvenience to general public and movement of traffic. f) The job includes Provided /Fitted of 4 nos. flanges to the pipes with gaskets nuts and bolts etc. g) Refilling of trenches along the brim/allied parts of the road after necessary repairs as per site requirement. h) Testing of repaired joints after repairs on full load.

Provided /Fitted and tested of rubber gaskets of size 100mm dia rising main at site for rectifying the leakages (02 dozen).

Provided /Fitted of assorted size of nuts and bolts for replacement of damaged ones of the rising main in order to check the leakages properly.

Divisional Office Providing and fitting of 100Amp. MCCB 3 pole with 25KA breaking capacity. The job includes providing and fitting of cu-thimbles and wiring if needed.
