Repairs to the existing damaged column pipe 80mm dia at different spots to plug the leakage to open well submersible pumping unit at Naqashband Colony by way of:- Dismantling/extracting the 10mm column pipes from the sump, cutting the damaged flanges using Oxyacetylene gas cutter (01 pair of flanges), providing and fitting of new flanges by way of welding in two beads on either sides to flanges as per sample requirement (01 pair). The job includes replacement of damaged and nuts, bolts etc. The job shall also include all charges including, tools, trackles, D.G set and skilled labour at WSS Naqashband Colony.
Repairs of existing damaged 80mm dia raising main at different spots to plug the leakage by way of dismantling of already laid pipes at damaged/leaked spots. The job includes cutting of damaged/cracked flanges using oxyacetylene gas cutter, providing and fitting of new flanges as per sample and as per requirement. The job also includes replacement of damaged gaskets, nuts and bolts required for joint.(02 flanges in one job). The job shall also includes all charges including, tools, trackles, D.G. set and skilled labour at WSS Naqashband Colony.
Repairs of existing damaged 80mm dia G.I. raising main at various spots to plug the leakages by way of dismantling the already laid pipes at cracked/damaged spots by using the two beads of welding on either side of 80mm pipe. The job also includes providing/fitting of new nuts bolts and washers related to these cracked spots. The job shall include arrangement of tools, trackles, skilled labours, D.G. set at WSS Naqashband Colony.
