M&L for dismantling, lifting up/out vertical mounted, drainage submersible grinder pump of capacity 12.5HP/15HP, head 59 meter, cast iron body, from bottom of tunnel sump tank located at pier-1, depth upto 5 mtr Make of MBH, including connected pipe connection/ delivery lines, nuts, bolts, washer etc for repair/ replacement of unserviceable spare parts including transportation to the workshop and re-installing the same after repair work & testing all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling, lifting up/out fresh water booster pump capacity of 7.5 to 10 HP, from tunnel berth depth upto 5 mtr cast iron body of existing make, including connected pipe connection/delivery lines, nuts, bolts, washer etc for repair/replacement of unserviceable spare parts including transportation to the workshop and re-installing the same after repair work & testing all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling, lifting up/out low pressure trade waste water pump capacity upto 5 HP, from tunnel (pier-1) depth upto 5 mtr cast iron body of existing make, including connected pipe connection/delivery lines, nuts, bolts, washer etc for repair/replacement of unserviceable spare parts including transportation to the workshop and re-installing the same after repair work & testing all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling, lifting up/out high pressure trade waste water pump capacity upto 45KW, 15ltrs/sec, 1450 RPM, Head 160 mtr from tunnel (pier-1) depth upto 5 mtr cast iron body of existing make, including connected pipe connection/delivery lines, nuts, bolts, washer etc for repair/replacement of unserviceable spare parts including transportation to the workshop and re-installing the same after repair work & testing all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete overhauling of drainage submersible grinder pump of capacity 12.5HP, head 59 meter, cast iron body, Make: ABB for general inspection of impeller, shaft all bearings and sleaves, and re-installation of pump after replacing all sleaves, bearings, seals and with SS nut bolts, metalising the shafts and re-threading bottom plate by lathe work including body repairs, welding works and complete testing all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 5.00 here-in-before, but fresh water booster pump capacity of 9.3 KW complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Opening of 3 phase, 440 volt motor of 12.5 HP capacity submersible grinder pump, 1486 rpm of existing Make or cutting/removing the existing burnt winding and rewinding by using super enamelled copper winding wire of existing wire gauge including other allied items such as varnish tape, sleeve, greasing, bearing, bushes etc of suitable size, including necessary repairing of rotor shafts if required with testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rates deemed to be included for decoupled and coupling pump with motor, the cost of transportation charges for carrying the motor/pump from site to workshop and back, Nothing extra shall be admissible.
