The panel board shall be comprising of the following accessories

(a) Copper bus bar cap 200 Amp-04 Nos

(b) MCCB four pole with thermal magnetic release adjustable type with breaking capacity 25 KA,100 Amp - 01 No

Note :- The unit rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI Pipe (med grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel, wire mesh, lugs, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete 50mm thick precast RCC M-25 (design mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3kg/sqm) and CI frame etc and including provision of test point, connecting to test point and testing on completion etc complete all as specified. The unit rate also include earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5mtr from top of earth plate.

M&L for Painting to LT poles, 9 mtr with cross arms, bracing and clamps with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer including scrapping the old paint carefully to make smoothen complete and painting strips of red and black from foot of pole upto 5 feet each strip of 30 cm height all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricate , fixing structural mild steel RS joist , channel angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracing supports clamps including D clamps, eye hook and back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section including nuts , bolts, washers, welding (cold and hot ) drilling holes for bolts, bend to any shape or size as indicated and directed , inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators for working pressure 1100 volts grade, 90 mm dia 75 mm height including galvanized mild steel straps of 31 x 3 mm size, 12 mm dia insulator bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Pin type porcelain vitreous white brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron, washers and one galvanized iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of ACSR conductor of any size and any type including stretching, fixing and binding to insulator on OH LT line service feeders all as specified including aluminium binding wire or aluminium tapes complete all as specified. This item includes all consumables (such as binding wire and replacement insulators and cross arms, etc., for replacement of damaged ones found after/ during replacement process complete all as specified and directed..

Re stretching of LT /HT ACSR conductor and GI wire of any size and on any type of poles carrying up to six conductors in a span including disconnecting from insulator and rewinding to insulator after stretching with and including aluminium wire including re-fixing/re-adjusting line spans, line separators, cross arms on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 62.5 KVA Liquid(Water) Cooled silent DG Set comprising of Liquid Cooled Diesel Engine Model developing 83 BHP @1500 RPM 62.5 KVA Alternator rated at Three Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF @ 1500 RPM both mounted and aligned on a common MS Base frame complete with MS fuel Tank, Manual Control Panel, Residential exhaust silencer, AVM pads fitted on base frame, 01 Nos 12 Volts Battery, battery leads, 1st fill of Lube oil all housed in sound proof acoustic enclosure protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside power house upto 1 mtr, AVM pads foundations as per manufacturer design battery start with suitable size of cable for connecting upto panel board . DG Set should be capable of operating in temperature range (-25* C to + 35*C) fitted with Cold starting kit with and including the following .

(A) Prime mover :- Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled closed circuit as per BS-649 or IS-10002 direct injection type turbo charged electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG Set shall be capable of running 24hrs continuously with 10% over loading for one hrs continuously in every 12 hrs as per BS -649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fitting and mounted on common base frame with following fittings. (a) RPM cum hour meter (b) Battery charging Ammeter (c) ignition key and starting with push button switch (d)Lubricating Oil pressure gauge (e) Electronic governor controlling Oil temp gauge (g) 12/24 Volts starting equipment comprising of the following fittings (i)12/24 V Battery (ii)Battery charging alternator (iii) Self-starting of suitable capacity (iv) Battery leads of copper cable with brass thimbles and terminals. (v)starting gear engine.

(B) Alternator:-Alternator rating 62.5 KVA,3 phase,4wire,415 Volts 50C/s supply Derated at site condition i.e 1800 mtr above MSL 0.8 Pf running @ 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated, mounted on strong fabricated steel frame, suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation to be coupled with above engine. The alternator shall be confirming to BS-2613 or IS -4722.

(D) Other fittings (i)Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triodes , capacitor and resistances etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all times whenever the electric supply given to battery charger through control panel or electric power point. (ii) In built Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturers instructions capable for12 hrs running of DG Set inside the canopy base with all connecting pipes upto fuel pump and including oil level indicating gauge drain air vent plug etc. (Note : The rates of this items including the commissioning & testing complete (POL for DG Set testing will be issued by MES)

Earthing complete with galavanised steel earth plate electrode (600x600x6)mm thick buried vertically in ground 3 meter below normal ground level with top edge of the plate, not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers protected by GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia up to Test point 20 mm dia watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate chamber 40 mm thick RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil and providing char col dust & salt layers all around the earth plate upto 15 cm all as required specified & directed. Note: Upto 7.5 Mtr length of pipe of 40 mm dia and GI strip shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by tenderer GI pipe and GI strip beyond 7.5 mtr or test point will be measured separately under respective item.

M & L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F second class soft-wood scantling clean sawn complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel, plain, black sheet 0.63mm thick as in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
