Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position as per direction of Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete(design mix) M-30 using 20mm aggregates for columns, piers,pillers, posts, struts etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT (CRS/HCRM/CRM) steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape,required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT (CRS/HCRM/CRM) steel bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

Welding in repairs not exceeding 2.5cm in length and not exceeding 6mm in thickness all as specified and as directed

M&L for two coats of epoxy coated anti corrosive paint over new or untreated steel surfaces after a coat of epoxy primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new or previously treated concrete surface to receive painting,painting lines,dashes,arrows,letters etc. exceeding 10cm width with two coat of approved water based road marking paint colour white,Golden yellow, deeep orange, black&gray as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.The work to be executed by spray or air compressor.

M&L for preperation of new or previously treated concrete surface to receive painting, painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. not exceeding 10cm width with two coat of approved water based road marking paint colour white,Golden yellow, deeep orange, black&gray as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.The work to be executed by spray or air compressor.

Dismantling of decayed/damaged wooden beading unframed in any position 40 Sqcm and over in section including cutting down the unserviceable corroded holding down bolts from berth floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chipping out bulged surfaces of wall, columns, beams, preparation of surfaces by removing dust, unsound material, plaster, oil grease, corrosion deposites or algae, roughening the surfae and remove any laitance by light scrubbing or grit blasting and applying micro concreting using Rendroc HB2, not exceeding 40mm thick including formwork and removing the debris all as specified and directed

S&F 2nd class hard wood beading timber fixed, wrought (Maddi/Sal/Kamba) 2 to 3M length 300mm x 300mm or 200mm X 300mm in cross section including cutting holes for fixing or holding down bolts on wooden scantlings etc and plugging the exposed hole surface with wooden plug complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of hidden portion surface in contact with concrete of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved quality black bituminous paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting holes on the top of RCC berth/jetty by mechanical or any other suitable method to a depth of 20cm with superficial area 25 Sqmm minimum including S&F high tensile 20mm dia holding down bolts of 40cm long @ 1000mm C/C including 6mm thick MS base plate of size 50mm x 50mm welded to the bolt head including epoxy 'HILTI RE -500' inserted by mechical drilling and grouting all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC "Micro concreting " with non shrink cementious grout " Fosroc" -Conbextra GP2 or equivalent suitable for static dynamic loads in pedestals of the bollards using with well graded silt free aggregate 10mm aggregate is suitable. 50 - 100% aggregate to 25 Kg pack of Conbextra GP2 or equivalent with 4.125 ltrs water consistency including formwork to sides of pedestal complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement is measured and paid separately under relevant items.

S&F HILTI anchor bolt HASE-M20 grade or equivalent 208 mm overall length with 170mm inserted length by core cutting 24mm dia holes into the existing diapharam wall and grouting the bolts by injecting HILTI RE 500 for stitching the new reinforcement including necessary temporary scaffolding on to the sea end for facilitating core cutting , all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for Stainless steel railing with ornamental stainless steel baluster SS 316 Gde of minimum 1mm thick, of 32 mm dia, spacing between two balusters not more then 1 mtr and height not less than 1 mtr with stainless steel ladder upto 10m deep, steps with SS plate 0.3m wide(minimum) at every 0.3m height, 3 Nos of Stainless steel mild rails of 15mm dia welded to baluster including fixing arrangement as in floor or wall all as specified and directed.
