Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash including cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/I.

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in celling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over old surface including washing cleaning and preparing the walls scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. E/I.

Finishing wall with textured exterior paint of required shade: old work(Two or more coats applied @ 3.38 ltr/.10sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqmm including all compelte job as per direction of E/I.

Providing &Applying high quality acrylic modified resin based texture of Dholpur/Red sand stone patter with anti algae and Uv resistace properties to be aapplied as intermediate fiish in desired pattern @ 43.04 kg/s10 sqm to form film of 1-1.15mm thickess after scrapping and propperly cleanig the surace to remove loose particles from the plaster surface,followed by top coating with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicoe additives of required shade by two or more cots @ 1.43 litre/10sqm,complete as the direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Supplying of 4mm thick ACP approved quality including all complete job as per direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion(i)single socketed pipes.

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws,nuts & bolts,nails,including a coat of approved primer on one face,and fixed on wooden/steel frame work,complete as per direction of E/I.12mm thick commercial ply conforming to IS:1328 BWR type including all complete job.as per direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1 ), for plain l i n i n g / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with : Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture

Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat).

Carriage of materials from nearest approved sources of supply including loading into trucks and unloading from trucks and stacking properly at work site as directed by the E/I.
