Part-A- Routine & Breakdown maintenance of electrical system ESP of unit #I/II/III

Upkeep of floor and equipment of ESP of unit I, II, III. 1-Floors, doors & windows panels of 01 No., switchgear room 01 No., control room for each ESP. 2- Daily upkeep externally (As per scope of work) (a) Electronic controller panels-28 Nos. each unit. (b)Switchgear/MCC/Panel Boards-02 Nos. each unit. (c)MCC for heater & rapping motors-04 Nos. each unit.

Routine Maintenance of electrical system of ESP of unit I, II, III (1)High voltage rectifier transformers-3 x 28 Nos (2) Electronic controller panels - 3x28 Nos. (3) Rapping motors emitting/collecting - 3x56 Nos. (4) ESP Switchgear - 3x2 Nos. (5) MCC for rapping motor - 3x4 Nos. (6) JBs (located at various floor between 0 meter to HVR Floor - 3x56 Nos. (7) Various heaters (Hopper heater) 3x28x12, shaft insulation heater 3x28, support insulator heater 3x28x4 Nos. (8) Motors for RVF - 3x16 Nos.

Air testing of fields (28 Nos.) of ESP and fault removing if any and preventive maintenance of control panels and MCC etc. during S/D of unit.

Breakdown maintenance of H.V.R. transformer including replacement of oil /gasket/valve/buchholz relay/card/gauges etc.

Dismantling & Shifting of H.V.R. Transformer & Disconnecting switches for replacement of field electords laying below the transformer & then re-erection & re-commissioning.

Replacement of defective part of disconnecting switches (Knife switches) such as ferrules/ connectors/ insulators etc.

Complete overhauling of 62.5KVA, BHEL make HVR transformer of ESP.

Breakdown maintenance due to flashover in any panel or on a portion of Bus bar including replacement of the damaged parts, reassembling of the section and re-commissioning after achieving I.R. values.

Breakdown maintenance of 1250A/2000A Jyoti make MOCB including replacement of damaged / defective parts.

Arresting the oil leakage of 1250A/2000A Jyoti make MOCB from any portion of pole parts including toping of centrifuesed oil in the chamber.

Rectification of the electrical problem associated with trip / close of breakers / permissive/indication circuit including servicing / replacement of defective parts like contactors/limit switches / connectors T/Bs. Etc. inside the breaker ckt.

Repair / replacement of defective mechanical parts and hence removing any obstacle related to correct positioning / placement of breakers inside the cubicle.

Repair / replacement of damaged / defective switches such as local / remote or trip / close or Auto Manual etc. of cubicle / panels.

Replacement of damaged / defective C.Ts. and checking / testing with associated circuit.

Replacement of defective protection Relays / contactors etc. & rectification of the associated circuit fault.

Part-G (0.4 KV System Breakdown WorkS)

Break down maintenance due to fire or flashover on any portion of the bus bar of 0.4 KV systems including reassembling of the section and re-commissioning after achieving I.R. values.

Break down maintenance of L&T/EE/GE make breakers of 0.4 KV system including replacement of damaged / defective parts.

Break down maintenance of 0.4 KV motor feeder modules including fault finding of control circuit & replacement of damaged / defective parts like contractors/EMRs/Switches/Fuse carriers etc. and tightness of cable termination at MCC and motor both the end.

Break down maintenance of 0.4 KV modules other than motor feeders including replacement of damaged/defective parts like switches/fuse carriers etc.

Replacement of protection relays / bus CT/ Bus PT etc. including rectification of the fault of associated circuit.

Checking & replacement of damaged heaters, its control circuit parts & re-commissioning of dryers of Instruments air compressors.

Break down maintenance of control circuit panel of Instrument Air compressor motors.

Break down maintenance of local control panel for scraper conveyor / clinker grinder / CMR including fault finding of control circuit, replacement of defective parts & set right the local as well as remote operation.

Repair / replacement of defective switches such as local / remote, trip / close auto / manual etc. of Bus Bar cubicle or panels.

Break down maintenance of clarifloculator bridge panels & supply through commutator and carbon brushes of PT-1 / PT-2.

Break down maintenance of lime & alum. Dozing agitator mixture starter and TPN switches of A/B filtration plant.

Break down maintenance of star delta starter & TPN switches of 135 KW. Water supply motors in filtration plant.

Break down maintenance of control circuit panels (LCC) of 0.4 KV system of ancillaries including fault finding of control circuit, replacement of defective parts like contactors, BMRs/Switches/Push buttons / starters / Bulb holders / fuse carriers etc. and re-commissioning of the system for its local and remote operation and healthy indication circuit.

Category (B)- Upkeep of floor and panels (externally) of 6.6 KV switchgear of Unit No. I, II, III, CWPH, ASH slurry etc. of 'A' TPS (excluding CHP)

Alternate days upkeep of floor area of 6.6 KV switchgear of Unit No. I, II, III, and CW Pump house, Ash handling etc. as mentioned in Annexure B (1).

Upkeep of ceiling of switchgear rooms as mentioned in Annexure A(1),A(2) B(1) (01 day in a month)

Weekly external upkeep of S/G Board / panels / cabinet as mentioned in Annexure B(2)
