SPL REPAIR TO 1.5 MVA POWER TRANSFORMER AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT GE FATEHGARH CANTT

Dismantling and taking out power transformer of capacity 1500 KVA, 33 /11 KV from its position for repair / servicing / rewinding installed at MRS on plinth structure Make -ALSTOM and MES No.844-H/3257/TR/05 by disconnecting / opening HV, LV Electrical connections, earthing connections along with following other works :- (a) Transportation of transformer from fatehgarh to workshop at Gaziyabad / Unnao/ Agra and back to site by making necessary arrangement of T&P (crane, recovery, vehicle, tripoid to be arranged by the contractor as directed. (b) Opening of transformer top cover by extraction, removing of serviceable / unserviceable nuts bolts and washers and lifting primary coil (HT) and secondary coil (LT), dismantling of tranformer complete part by part carefully and display all the parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engr in charge. (c) Draining out of transformer oil and refilling of transformer oil (d) Reassembling the transformer complete with all existing serviceable parts and new parts as ordered. (e) Reinstall the transformer at site in position as directed after repair duly connecting HV, LV electrical connections earthing connection and testing to entire satisfaction on load. Note :- (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts like, rewinding, reinsulation of primary and secondary coil with copper winding wire, transformer oil etc shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of schedule. (ii) Renewal of adequate size nut, bolts, washers, gasket of transformer top cover shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply only transformer oil conforming to IS-335 of 1993 up to desired level of transformer oil capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 42KV/cm.

M&L for rewinding of primary coil (33 KV) of 33/11 KV transformer of 1500 KVA capacity using proper size DPC copper wire and insulation material, heating coils in heat chamber after rewinding including taking out carefully burnt unserviceable copper winding of coils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-insulation of primary coil of transformer of 33/11 KV using proper size paper insulation material to form DPC copper wire and HT insulation material suitable for HT 33/11 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Item shall be measured only where re-insulation of copper wire is required)

M&L for rewinding of secondary coil (11 KV) of 33/11 KV, transformer 1500 KVA capacity using proper size DPC copper wire and insulation material, heating coils in heat chamber after rewinding including taking out carefully burnt unserviceable copper winding of coils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-insulation of secondary coil (11 KV) of transformer of using proper size paper insulation material form of DPC copper wire and insulation material suitable for HT 33/11 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Item shall be measured only where re-insulation of copper wire is required.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of transformer of capacity 1500 KVA, 33 /11 KV capacity transformer by scrapping with steel wire brush / scrapper emery paper, etc and applying one coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint and painting shall be done by spray machine including writing of MES No. and date of repair etc at prominent place / location of transformer with black paint on back ground with white lettering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in repair of gang operated air break isolators switch outdoor type, 18 insulator double stack, triple pole, rotating type double break per pole, suitable for horizontal mounting consisting of hot dip galvanized channel iron base having 02 Nos, 33 KV post type insulators per stack and 3 such stacks per pole copper or copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned contacts, plated MS arcing horns capable of breaking mangnetising current complete with phase coupling bar 25 mm GI pipe as down rod, lever coupling and operating handle with locking arrangement at for both 'ON' and 'OFF' positions coupling connections etc suitable for 33000 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply system having 400 Amp capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for testing of transformer, consumable items required during installation of transformer, testing of earthing servicing & testing of bucholtz relay, servicing bushing, CTs, WTI & OTI and to make transformer in operational condition complete in all respect and making trasnformer ready for testing of 33 / 11 KV all routine test to checking all the parameters in workshop completely shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for inspecting repair, testing and commissioning of all C&R panel relay complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge includng the following :- (a) IDMT Relay, (b) Master Trip Relay (c) All other miscellaneous relays including checking of all wiring circuit. Note :- Tripping mechanism as per transformer protection requirement shall be got done from UPPCL before energizing the transformer.

Supply & fixing of current transformer (CT) of 33 KV single phase outdoor type, CT ratio 50/5 Amps and 25/5 (dual core one for metering and other for protection) having 16 VA burdon and class 5P-10 protection including taking down existing CTs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of electronic auxillary relay type VAA voltage 24 DC for 33 KV panel of make - Areva (Model No.VAA32ZG8005JCH) or equivalent in Schnider, L&T, Havells) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Tenderer shall be checked the existing VCB's and shall be taken all the details of existing defective one before order the materials (ii) New items shall be match with the existing system in any cases (iii) Any minor adjustment / modification for the fixing the item if required at site contractor shall be carried out at site without any extra cost.

M&L of tripping coil of 110 Volt DC 33 KV porcelain clad vacuum circuit breaker of rating voltage 36000 current 800 AMP beaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton Greaves / C&S / L&T / Havells
