Demolishing of Existing CCGRT complete building including the foundation, plinth protection,

flooring in and around the building and all other structures including RCC slabs, beams,

columns, masonry walls, doors, windows, ventilators., plumbing, sanitary, electrical

installations and all other items excluding the outer compound wall without any damages and

hindrances functioning of adjacent buildings/amenities or properties. The serviceable

materials are to be removed by the Contractor and unserviceable materials are to be dumped

in Contractors own dumping yard or approved dump yard of local authority. The site is to be

1 cleaned and levelled. The work is inclusive of Disposal of building debris/ rubbish / malba / Lump sum -1 1600000 -1600000.00

similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by any means including loading,

transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by approved

by local authorities and as per the norms/ rules and regulations of National Green Tribunal

(NGT) for all leads including all lifts involved. Including The salvage value offered for taking

the serviceable materials such as old strong room door, ventilators, bricks, wooden window /

doors including frames, iron grills, old steel rod removed from RCC slabs, columns, removed

bricks and any other material not required from the building.

Providing, and erecting hard barricading of the sheeting as per norms of concerned governing

body of the Government including necessary structural steel erection in single section fixed

with or without connecting plate including earth work & concrete work complete in all respect.

Fixing & removal of 0.45mm thick pre-painted Galvalume/Gl sheet. The Sheets shall be fixed

on to the structural steel frame work using 5x95mm self-tapping self-drilling screws with

minimum 3mm thick EPDM Seal Fasteners / J Hooks & Nuts of 8mm diameter with bitumen &

GI Limpet Washers complete up to all edges of the Sheet all-inclusive of labour, scaffolding,

T&P and sundries etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. The materials

used in the hard barricading work shall be provided by the contractor and the same shall be

2 not removed and shall not be taken away by the contractor after successful completion of the SQM 2134.08 1375.80 2936067.26

demolition work. The barricading must be handed over in good condition (including replacing

all damaged sheets with the new sheet) after completion of work.

Boundary wall lenghth 36.34+36.34+52.58+52.58=177.84 mtr

Total Barricading area=177.84X12=2134.08

1. Payment shall be made as per actual work done at site and measured for payment.

2. The measurement shall be based on per unit of finished surface area of sheet.
