Suply and Installation of Gas Ballon Cap 40 Cum weight 750GSM as per existing specification complete with all necessary assessories suitable for smooth running of Bio-Gas Plant all as directed.

Supply, Install, Testing & Commissioning of Solar Hot Water system, Cap 500 LPD (FPC/ Tube type), Non pressurised, 2mm Crystal Blue Glass Coating Inner Tank with 10 Years Warranty with Cold Water storage PVC tank of suitable capacity and its necessary fabrication and plumbing material ( Pipe, Tee,elbow, sockets etc up tp Diagester) complete with all necessary assessories suitable for smooth running of Bio-Gas Plant all as diretced.

Supply and Installation of Aluminium Cladding of Bio-Digester tank two in Nos (size 4mtr in height & 4.5 Mtr in dia and 5 Mtr in height & 5 Mtr in dia) with Insulating Material Rockwool 50mm Thicknbess, 50mm Density with necessary assessories suitable for smooth running of Bio-Gas Plant all as directed.

M&L for MS work in framed bracket of angles or Tees with web and flanges cut to shape , drilled and countersunk for screw including bending and welding angles as necessary gusset plate, riveting etc n ecx 10 kg each bracket conforming to Fe290 Gde-E-165 with tie bar screwed ends, nut, washers and MS plates conforming to Fe290 Gde-E-165 all as required.

Providing Operatioal trainning to staff and Line Diagram of complete operation of Bio-Gas Plant o flex board size suible for presentation with necessary marking on equpment including all necessary connected work all as directed.

Commissioning and Testing of existing Pre-Digester, Digester 1 and Digester 2 scrubbing with wire brush and cleaning complete with provision of required quantity of culture of std quality for generation of Bio-Gas and servicing/repairing of all existing Pump, motor and compressor of a capacity upto 5HP and any other minor issues rectification all as directed.

Providing services for removal of Filter Bed Media (Gravel & Sand) from Filter Bed of Size 6.5 x 4.5 mtr upto 1.5 mtr in depth as per existing arrengement and as per standerd practices as mentioned below within the stipuilated time period by employing suitable no of labour with necessary tool and plant to complete work on or before the stipulated time including cleaing of filter bed media (Gravels only) with fresh/clean water till complete removal of tiny dirt deposite on gravel and make it suitabel to reuse and proper segragation Gravels and sand complete all as directed. A) Existing Layer of Media: 1) First Layer with Gravels of size 40mm size upto 300mm at the bottom of Bed. 2) Second Layer with Gravels of 30mm size upto 300mm above the first layer. 3) Third layer with Gravels of 20mm size upto 300mm above the second layer. 4) Forth layer with sand 0.35-0.5mm size upto 600mm aobe the third Layer. Note : 1) One bed will be handed over at one time to complete said Job. 2) Contractor is responsible to complete the said job within stipulated time period of shutdown by deploying sufficient labour at a time.

Providing services for Refilling ( Loose) of Filter Bed Media (Old Gravel and newly provided Quartz sand) inside Filter Bed of Size 6.5 x 4.5 mtr upto 1.5 mtr in depth as per existing arrengement and as per standerd practices as mentioned below within the stipuilated time period by employing suitable no of labour with necessary tool and plant to complete work on or before the stipulated time complete all as directed : A) Laying of Media: 1) First Layer with Gravels of size 40mm size upto 300mm at the bottom of Bed. (Old Gravel retrieved from Item No 14 above) 2) Second Layer with Gravels of 30mm size upto 300mm above the first layer. (Old Gravel retrieved from Item No 14 above) 3) Third layer with Gravels of 20mm size upto 300mm above the second layer. (Old Gravel retrieved from Item No 14 above) 4) Forth layer with sand 0.35-0.5mm size upto 600mm aobe the third Layer.Providing services for all as directed. (Quartz sand supplied under Item No 16 below) Note : 1) One bed will be handed over at one time to complete said Job. 2) Contractor is responsible to complete the said job within stipulated time period of shutdown by deploying sufficient labour at a time.

Supply only Fresh Quartz sand of size 0.45mm to 0.70mm and coefficient of uniformity shall be netween 1.3 to 1.7 and silica content should be not less than 90% complete all as directed.
