SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness as in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, hips, valley gutter etc., fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for post construction anti-termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for post construction anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for post construction anti-termite treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed block required for fixing hold fasts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 12 here in before but except bricks. Note: Old serviceable bricks as obtained from demolition under item no. 11 here-in-before shall be reused under this item complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) finished the surface even and smooth wiithout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top layer of 5 mm thick, to fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement (or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only"

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1 mm thick (average) white cement putty, sanding the surfaces till smooth finish is obtained and finally applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper etc complete all specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes/treatment of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer including 1 mm thick(average) wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lenghts i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specfication, drawing and complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
