Cleaning the office buildings, roads and wharf surrounding area inside Green Gate in VOC Port for a period of Two Years (2026 - 2028)

Cleaning the office building, all type of floor, Rest rooms/Wash rooms and building allied area, Berths / jetty, Approaches, Roads, Plantation area/ garden and vacant areas neat & clean and picking of waste papers, garbage, debris & unwanted materials including sweeping/mopping etc., in the designated areas, also dumping the collected materials at the nearby dust bins by engaging Unskilled mazdoor as & when required Complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The labour cost including labour charges, ESI and EPF, etc. The payment will be made on day basis for the work done to the satisfaction of the Departmental officers.

Providing 1 No. Carpenter IInd Class (Skilled Category) for attending repair works in all wooden works such as doors, windows, ventilators, etc., in all the buildings in Port premises in all working days excluding Sundays & Govt. Holidays. All required fixtures will be supplied by department etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Recovery will made as per special condition of the schedule, if the Carpenter is found absent).

Providing 1 No. Plumber IInd Class (Skilled Category) for attending Pipe line works and repair works in all buildings in Port premises in all working days excluding Sundays & Govt. Holidays. All required pipes and specials will be supplied by department etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Recovery will made as per special condition of the schedule, if the Plumber is found absent).

Loading the collected waste garbages from dust bins and waste materials, sand, stone, debries etc., available at inside wharf area into lorries with full load and conveying the same to the garbages dumping yard within a lead of 5 Kms. including hire charges of lorry for transport and cost of 5 Nos. of Unskilled mazdoor for loading and unloading etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying of Cleaning materials for inside Wharf area every month first week without any fail including cost of materials, transportation and handling charges, minor tools etc., The following material shall be supplied by the contractor for every month:a) Broom - 24 Nos. b) Bombay broom - 8 Nos. c) Toilet Brush - 6 Nos. d)Phenoil (compound) - 8 Lit. e) Soap Oil - 8 Lit. f) Acid - 10 Lit. g Naphthalene Ball - 1 Kg. h) Harpic - 4 Lit. i) Floor Cleaning Mop - 10 Nos. j) Bleaching Powder - 10 Kg. k) Jasmine Essence 500ml # 4 Nos, l) Air Freshener -6 Nos, m) Lysol 200ml # 8 Nos & n) Glass Cleaner Liquid (Colin)200ml - 5 Nos

Loading the collected waste materials, spillage cargos, sand and stone from inside Green gate and wharf area in to the lorries with full load and conveying the same to the low lying area inside Green Gate with an average lead of 2 Km. dumping and sectioning at low lying areas including cost of hire charges for vehicle, labour cost of 5 Nos Unskilled Mazdoors for loading, unloading, conveyance and sectioning etc Complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and supplying Blue Colour Overcoat Uniform for labourers engaged in cleaning works. The overcoat shall be made of durable polyester-cotton blended fabric suitable for industrial/field use, with good stitching quality and colour fastness. The uniform shall be provided in assorted standard sizes. The rate shall include cost of fabric, stitching, buttons/zips, printing/embroidering of department name/logo if required, transportation, loading, unloading and all incidental charges.

Providing and supplying Reflective Safety Jacket (Green colour for Supervisors and Orange colour for Labourers) for labourers engaged in cleaning works. The jacket shall be made of durable fluorescent fabric with high visibility reflective strips on front and back suitable for industrial/wharf working conditions. The jacket shall be lightweight, comfortable to wear, and provided with front opening arrangement such as zipper/Velcro. The jackets shall be supplied in assorted standard sizes with good stitching quality and colour fastness. The rate shall include cost of materials, stitching, printing of department name/logo if required, transportation, loading, unloading and all incidental charges.

Cleaning the Masonry water tanks (Capacity 1,000 Litres to 10,000 litres) by engaging cleaning labour, inlcuding cost of labour, cleaning materials such as Brooms, brushes, bleaching powder etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
