(Out side Cleaning) Daily two time sweeping & removal of mud, silt, unwanted material, paper & plastics from all Paved , parking area & storm water drain along the roads and collection & disposal of collected material at given location as per scope of work with manpower, required sweeping tools, equipments, machines and sanitary consumables etc. complete. (for 4000 Sqm area Monthly 4 nos sweepar ,15 brooms ,basket & hand trolly for disposal) Measurment should be taken for floor area only

(Common Area Hall with furniture) Daily regular four times or more time as required sweeping & machine moping of all common area of floors including conference hall, and vaccume cleanig of furnitures sofa & table, for removal of dust accumulated at skirting & window offsets and collection, segregation & storage of paper, plastics, unwanted materials from corridors, Varandas, staircases, foyers, lounges, waiting rooms and common areas as per scope of work with manpower, required tools, equipments, machines and sanitary consumables etc. complete. (for 2000 Sqm area Monthly 6 nos sweepar 1 no supervisior , 2 floor mopping machine , 1 vaccume cleaner,15 brooms ,Mulipurpose trolly for disposalb80 lit floor cleaning chamical ) Measurment should be taken for floor area only

(Room Toilet & common Toilet )Daily three time or more time as required (Morning, Afternoon & Evening) cleaning and weekly hard cleaning of Toilets floor with urinals, washbasins & W.C. pans, removal of waste material from nahani trap, removal of chock up and collection of waste material, paper, plastics & unwanted material from toilets and dsposal of it and providing of toilet paper roll nephathalin ball , fregnance bar liquid soap and soap bar of premium quality for toile as per scope of work with manpower, required tools, equipments, machines & sanitary consumables etc. complete. Rooms toilet occupancy considered as 50% and common toilet for 100% (for 100 Sqm area, Monthly 8 Skilled cleaner and 1 super visior 80 lit floor cleaning chamical, hydrocloried base tolet cleaning chamical 10kg of Nephaline balls, unrinal screens, 30lit Liquid Soap etc. Required for the work ) Measurment should be taken for floor area only

( Rooms with washing of bed sheet towel & nepkeen) Daily two or more times as required sweepling & machine moping of room and suits with cleaning of dustbeen of wet & dry garbage and cleanig and washing & cleaning of bedsheet doormat drycleaning of rug blanket & tovel nepkeen and vaccume cleanig of furnitures sofa as per scope of work with manpower, required tools, equipments, machines and sanitary consumable etc. complete.(for 2000 Sqm area ,Monthly 4 Skilled cleaner and 1 supervisor 80 lit floor cleaning chamical , Etc Required for the work ) Measurment should be taken for floor area only

Weekly cleaning of vertical glasses, glass partitions & window glass curtain with telescopic boom arrangement vaccume cleaning of window rails and rolling blinds and at all heights of all buildings as per scope of work with manpower, required tools, equipments, machines and sanitary consumables etc. complete. (for 200 Sqm area Monthly 2 nos sweepar , 2 floor mopping telescopec tools, 10 lit floor cleaning chamical ) Height upto 8th Floor

Weekly cleaning of all , top roof and ducts as per scope of work with manpower, required tools equipments, mechines and sanitary consumables etc. complete. (for 1500 Sqm area Monthly 2 nos sweepar ,with 4 brooms etc. )
